Located just a few steps from the famous Eagle Beach and within the LeVent Beach Resort Aruba, with a luscious resort pool and landscaping for your enjoyment. The balcony stretches across the living room to the primary bedroom offering you an amazing beach view from almost every corner of the condo. It is furnished with a 4-seat dining table and 4-armchairs to relax and enjoy the views.

The open-plan living room is provided with a large smart TV, a sofa-bed (with a double-size mattress), a 6-seat dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen with 4-barstools. There is also a half bathroom and an in-room washer and dryer available.

The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, a smart TV, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, built-in closets, and access to the balcony with stunning ocean views. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, a smart TV, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and built-in closets.

This condo provides you with 1,280 sq. ft. of living space, a code-lock safety box, free unlimited Wi-Fi, 3 cable TVs (in the living room and each bedroom), beach chairs, and beach towels (with daily exchange service) are all available for your comfort. This condo is located on the right hallway off the elevators on the fourth floor. Sleeps 6 guests in 2 beds, plus 1 double-size sofa-bed.

Beach towels are provided for all Prestige guests upon check-in and can be exchanged once per day, free of charge, at the Prestige LeVent desk in the lobby. The LeVent properties managed by Prestige Vacations Aruba are also equipped with coolers and portable beach chairs (stored on the ground floor) for guests to use during their beach outings.
