PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

This ground-floor condo is located in the newest luxury vacation rental resort, LeVent Beach Resort Aruba. There is a veranda stretching across the living room and primary bedroom with luscious tropical views and easy access to the resort pool and BBQ-grill facilities. Perfect for families or travelers looking for a bit more accessibility.

The open plan living area is provided with a large TV, a sofa-bed (with a double-size mattress), a 6-seat dining table, and a full-sized fully equipped modern kitchen with 4-barstools. The entrance hallway lends access to a half bathroom. There is also a washer and dryer available.

The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, a TV, built-in closets, a chair, and access to the veranda. The primary bedroom has a modern en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, a TV, and built-in closets, and a modern en-suite bathroom with a shower.

This unit provides you with 1,420 square feet of living space, a code-lock safety box, free unlimited WiFi, cable TV and three flat-screen TVs (in the living room and each bedroom) are available for your comfort. THE RESORT
The pool area at LeVent Beach Resort Aruba is set amidst lush tropical landscaping and features a swimming pool, a large hot tub, a shallow pool area for kids, and various sunny or shaded lounge areas, offering a tranquil retreat within the resort. The beach access gate is only about 100 yards from Eagle Beach. Other resort facilities include a children's playground, a fitness room, an alfresco dining area with 2 BBQ grills plus an ice machine, and a rooftop to enjoy Aruba's sunsets. On-site there is a spa: Blue Waters Day Spa. Ample free parking available within the 24/7 secured gated complex. Beach towels are provided for all of our Prestige guests upon check-in, and they can be exchanged once per day for no additional cost at our Prestige LeVent desk in the lobby. Additionally, each of the LeVent rental properties managed by Prestige Vacations Aruba is also provided with its own portable beach chairs (stored away on the ground floor of the premises) and coolers that can be taken to the beach.
