The fully screened-in area features a large in-ground pool with waterfall feature. The covered patio boasts a stainless steel BBQ grill and outdoor dining for six. Chaise lounges and a bistro-style table for four on the pool deck allow you to lounge in the sun without the Florida bugs or direct beat of the sun. Outside the screened in area is your private dock. Adirondack-style seating create another seating area, and a large boat lift accommodates your boat for easy access.

Interior Amenities

Step inside to waterfront calm. The open living, kitchen, and dining space features tile floors and high ceilings for plenty of natural light. A large leather sectional offers seating for everyone to gather for a favorite movie or TV show on the wall-mounted flat screen TV. A wall of windows opens up to join the indoor and outdoor spaces together. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, spacious counters including a bar that seats four, and cupboards and drawers full of everything you need to prepare and serve a home-cooked meal. Enjoy the meal at the dining table that seats six or dine al fresco on the patio. For some quiet, there is an office just off the entrance foyer with a desk, bookcase, and comfortable chair for when you need a break from the work.

Get a good night's sleep in a private bedroom. The master suite boasts a king bedroom set, flat screen TV, and private access to the outdoor space. The en suite bath boasts a separate soaking tub and large walk-in shower with multiple shower heads. A double-sink vanity lasso boasts a makeup table so you can enjoy your morning and evening routines easily. The second bedroom boasts a king bedroom set and beach-themed décor. A wall-mounted flat screen TV keeps occupants entertained. The final bedroom also boasts a king bedroom set with beach décor touches, and a wall-mounted flat screen TV for your entertainment. The two rooms share a bathroom features a large shower stall and single-sink vanity. This bathroom can be accessed from inside and outside, so you don't have to drip water through the house.
