Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback. I’m very sorry your anniversary stay did not meet expectations. I apologize for the uncomfortable temperatures and the noise from the upstairs cooling unit. We will speak to Vrbo about updating the listing language on their end to better reflect what is offered. We will also plan to add supplemental fans so the main bedroom and living area are better cooled. I’m sorry you detected an odor, too. We will have housekeeping inspect for any sources of the odor right away and plan subsequent deep cleaning. Thank you very much for the meaningful feedback. We will use it to improve.

Hi Michelle! We are so glad you enjoyed your stay. We appreciate your feedback, and will share your comments with our local property team. We loved hosting you, and hope you will book with us again!

Thank you for staying with us and for the detailed feedback. I’m sorry your stay didn’t earn five stars. We’re sorry the twin beds and 4" toppers didn’t provide the comfort you expected. I will share this with our quality control team and have them evaluate mattress and topper options to improve comfort. The housekeeping team was notified of their error in not supplying a top sheet, and they are currently working on ordering more fitted sheets, so that will be resolved shortly. Regarding soap and supplies, we do only supply a starter soap kit for our renters. We ask that you purchase more, should that be necessary. Thank you for calling these items out — your feedback helps us improve.

Hi Cari! Thank you for your 5-star review. We are so glad you had an enjoyable and comfortable stay, but we are sorry there was an issue with the toilet. We loved hosting your family, and hope you will return!

Hi Stacy! We are so glad you enjoyed your stay, but we are sorry you encountered a few maintenance issues. We do see our team was in touch with you, but understand these nuisances can detract from your overall rental experience. We loved hosting you and hope you will book with us again!

Hi Blair. Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We reviewed the notes on your reservation and do not see any outreach from you regarding your listed concerns. Had we been notified of any issues, we would have promptly sent our team over. We will follow up with our local property team to investigate the unit and hope to provide you with a problem-free stay in the future.

Hi Andrew. We enjoyed hosting you; however we are sorry you were not fully satisfied. We appreciate your feedback, and will share your comments with our housekeeping team to review. We value your booking, and hope we have the opportunity to host you again.

Hi Becky! Thanks so much for your thoughtful review! We're glad to hear the home was a comfortable fit for your family and that the layout worked well for the kids. The proximity to Mt. Bachelor and local spots really is a perk, and it’s great to know you enjoyed it. We appreciate your feedback on the towels, mattress, and a few of the smaller touches—those details matter, and we'll definitely pass them along to our team for improvement. Thanks again for staying with us, and we hope to host you again on your next trip to the area!

Hi Matt! We are so glad you had an enjoyable stay with us. The description does list 1 full bathroom, but we are sorry for any misunderstanding or confusion on this amenity. We loved hosting you, and do hope you will consider booking with Meredith Lodging again for your next getaway!
