Property was perfect for our family. Loved the large living area where we could all relax after a day on the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and more! The proximity of the beach was fantastic and we enjoyed our private pool time as well. We were disappointed there was no beach umbrella as shown in pictures since we had littles who needed a break from the sun. But, there were so many other extras we thoroughly enjoyed having at our fingertips for beach fun! Great property, would definitely stay again.

House was right on the beach and had everything we needed!! Lots of beach gear in the garage/rec room. 4 bedrooms let our family of 6 spread out. We will definitely look to book this place again.

Great location right on the beach. Rooms were spacious. Kitchen was well stocked with all the cookware you need. Garage was loaded with chairs and beach gear. We had a blast!

The property was exactly as described. We loved the place. It was a great stay and will stay there again. Access to the beach was very good. Watching the sunrise through our window was amazing! Our grown kids and younger kids loved it. The only thing I would ask is for the property to have an extra pan for cooking for multiple people. We were sad because we had to leave.

The location allows you to hear the waves, which always makes for a magical place to stay. The living room/dining area are perfect for comfortably visiting with large groups. The primary bedroom has water views and sounds, but the remaining 3 bedrooms do not, and all 3 share a bathroom.

The house was great and the location was excellent, the only thing I can mention was the beach chairs and umbrellas in the garage a lot of that stuff was broken when we went to try to use it. But everything else was good, we had a nice trip

Relaxing Getaway

The house was great and we could not have asked for a better location. The private pool was a game changer having 2 young kids. We would definitely return.

We absolutely loved the property. It lived up to our high expectations and the proximity to the beach with private access was just what we had hoped for.

Perfect Stay

Great property! It had everything we could ask for. We truly enjoyed our stay. The views were amazing. As adults we appreciated the relaxing decor, grill, and amenities. The children loved the pool, hot tub, and proximity to the beach. We’ll definitely stay again!

The house was amazing. The view was outstanding. The location to food / entertainment was great.

My only wish would be that the other surrounding properties kept themselves as neat and tidy as this place. The surrounding properties need some facade work.

Warm weather get-away!

We had a lovely time at this fabulous condo - the place is truly set up to enjoy your time by the beach. You can walk right onto the beach and the kids can immediately start building sand castles! This accommodation is wonderful, plenty of room to enjoy meals together, playing games at the large dining table, and relaxing in the hot tub. Highly recommend this facility and location for a wonderful South Padre Island vacation!

Fantastic Escape from the Cold

We had family from NC, TN, and IA converge here to spend a few days out of the cold, and it did not disappoint. The space was perfect, and we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We had been talking about a cruise this time next year, but now we're thinking about a return trip.

Beautiful location and incredible view!

Right on the beach with a pool and hot tub in the backyard. House was clean, someone cleaned the pool and hot tubs twice during our stay. Lots of appliances and fun outdoor activities in the garage. Great location on the island with easy beach walking to some great restaurants.

Great location, beach access and ocean views. Spacious rooms and very clean appartment with plenty of towels and comfortable beds & linnens. Would be nice to have soap in bathrooms. Shampoo containers and propane gas tank filled. Had to call to get coffee and detergent which they brought within a couple of hours. But never got soap after calling them and had to make a trip to buy at the store.

Excellent beachfront home

This property was perfect for our extended family vacation. It was right on the beach and very spacious. The home included everything we could possibly need including shampoo, conditioner, soap, dishwasher and laundry supplies, beach chairs and boogie boards, board games, movies, etc.. It was hands down the best place we have ever rented. We will definitely be back!

This was one of my all-time favorite VRBO experiences. The host were extremely communicative. They assisted with anything we needed, but even better this place was absolutely amazing. The house was clean, comfortable, perfect location. We loved the private pool and the hot tub. The beach was beautiful and not too crowded in front of our home. The beds were comfortable. We will definitely want to stay here again sometime, already looking to plan our next year’s trip at this exact same location. The VRBO experience really made our trip.

Perfect getaway

My son and his family were visiting from Virginia and wanted a beach trip. South Padre is always my go to from San Antonio. This property was perfect for our group of 9. It has every small appliance you could possibly need. The master has a great patio overlooking the beach. There is a coffee making station upstairs so it’s easy to sip and enjoy the view. We will be back

Great Location

This property is exactly as shown in the pictures. The garage/game room was a hit with the kids. The biggest surprise was the distance to the water! Another great thing was the chairs and other beach items. Great property!!!
