Dunes of Seagrove, B204 Private Beach for Owners and Guests

The Dunes of Seagrove is directly between Seaside and Rosemary.

Our property has a deeded PRIVATE BEACH. So our guests will have plenty of room to spread out. We are within walking distance of the Old Florida Fish House which boasts their amazing Sushi as well as the Dueling Piano Band, Beachy Bean Coffee, Kahn & Cream Ice Cream.

WE HAVE THE CLOSEST 2 BEDROOM/BUNK UNIT TO THE BEACH!

Enjoy the morning sunrise or your evening dinner from the huge, private balcony with an awesome view of the Gulf of Mexico.

Picture yourself in the 7500 square foot pool (two adjoining lagoon swimming pools); volleying a tennis ball on a soft court; getting into shape using top-of-the-line Nautilus equipment; relaxing in the sauna or steam room; lounging under an umbrella on the sand on a private beach; or watching the dolphins playing from your balcony.

Also, ride your bike to Seaside to eat lunch at the famous 'Pickles'.

We have TWO Pickle Ball / Tennis Courts for your use.

We just finished our last renovation on the bathrooms and the unit looks FABULOUS!!!!! The Master suite has a King bed and private bath with a free standing tub, separate shower, double sinks and walk-in closet. The Master also has a sitting area with secretary desk with sliding doors to lanai. You can even take a shower in the Master Bath while viewing the ocean. The second bedroom has private entry into the secondary bathroom with a shower. Also, this unit has an adorable bunk room off of foyer which is great for kids.

After just one visit, we think you'll agree there isn't a friendlier, more comfortable place to spend a vacation!

We keep portable beach chairs and kids toys in our storage unit for your use.

No Smoking, No Pets, and No vacationing students. Must be 25 to rent.

We live Dunes of Seagrove and this condo was excellent. Plenty of space and all the items we needed including chairs and boogie boards. The balcony was used a lot too!

Family vacation

Loved the condo!!! Location was great and the property had everything , clean and updated. The balcony was very nice with furniture to enjoy the view and outdoor living. Quiet and peaceful. We will stay here again. Thanks for a wonderful week. Great place to make family memories as my grandchildren are 17 and 21 and about to spread their wings soon,

Talk about customer service!! Christy is wonderful !!! We even left something behind and she was kind enough to overnight back to us! Property was clean and the most beautiful beach front view. Pools are very nice. Lots of neighborhoods to walk that connect to the property. Super clean and nice fitness center!! I hope to stay again soon !

Great beach vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was exactly what we expected based on the photos and previous reviews. Everything was clean and the beach and pool were easily accessed which was nice for our two young children. Beautiful views of the beach from almost all the rooms. Short car ride into seaside but was nice to be away from the hustle and bustle.

Great property steps to the pool and beach! Easy parking and very comfortable unit. The owner was easy to work with and we didn’t have any issues.

Great family soot

We had a great week staying at this unit with our 4, 6 & 8yr old. The location was so convenient to both the pool and the beach. The beach was pristine and not crowded, chair rentals were so easy! We had everything we needed to make breakfast/lunch at the condo and it was easy to head out each night to explore 30A. Would highly recommend staying here for anyone who is considering it.

Perfect stay on 30A

My husband, daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit was wonderful, better in person than photos can show. The pool was fabulous. We had it to ourselves on multiple occasions. Location and walk to beach was great as well as beach rental service. We brought our bikes with us from Ohio and enjoyed riding to Beachy Beans Coffee, Old Florida Fish House, Kahve & Cream, Greenwood Station as well as the Big Chill and Deer Lake State Park. All instructions were very clear, and our host was very accommodating.

Great family stay

We really enjoyed our time staying in this unit over our Spring Break. This was our second time staying at The Dunes of Seagrove, and we really liked the location of this unit for convenience to the beach and pool and also the view! This unit is nicely decorated and very well maintained. We are a family of 4 with a 12 and 14 yr. old, and we found the additional bunk space to be helpful. We would be very happy to stay here again in the future!

Great family vacation

We were really enjoyed our family vacation in Seagrove Beach. The property was nice and clean. The location was great, just few steps walk to the beach, and close to nearby towns. The property owner was very responsive. The only bad thing was the weather with few rainy, windy days and strong waves on the beach due to a severe thunderstorm in the Florida panhandle area. Overall, it was an enjoyable family vacation. We’ll be back.

Perfect location

Great property! This was our 4th time visiting 30A (3rd time staying in Seagrove) and it was our favorite property we’ve stayed in by far! Condo is well appointed, just as the listing shows and there are lots of little extra touches added. The condo just felt like home and I’d recommend this unit to anyone who prefers a quiet section of 30A. Many great restaurants are close by too. Owner communicates well!

We will be back!!

We love Dunes of Seagrove, but this was our first time here and we WILL be back!! Christy was so great with communication before and during our stay, and we had zero issues! The condo had everything we needed, and was so updated.. my parents (who travel alot) loved this place and the updates. Only thing we needed were light bulbs and we had the info to get that thanks to Christy. We highly recommend this place and it’ll be our go to from now on!

Quick decision for a 6 day stay

Wonderful condo, excellent furniture & servings. The lock on patio door in master bedroom didn’t work. The toilet in the queen room was about 2” lower than normal, my older cousin had a hard time with that. Everything else was fantastic. We really had a GREAT TIME!

Some baby monitors even work at the poolside since we have such close proximity. The girls are now Sophomores at SMU in Dallas, Texas.
