Located in the heart of town, and walking distance to everything, this

spacious 3 bedroom plus loft, 4 bathroom townhouse has everything to offer. It

features a 50" flatscreen TV and Roku Streaming/YouTube TV access, high-speed

Internet access, private washer/dryer, and cozy pellet fireplace. You will

enjoy a quiet forest setting from the balcony and there is plenty of space for

everyone to spread out and relax throughout the cabin. The open kitchen is

great for entertaining and is fully stocked with everything you need including

an induction range and ceramic cookware, and enjoy a private BBQ grill. The

master bedroom features a California King bed, flatscreen TV with Roku

streaming/YouTube TV access and en-suite full bathroom with tub/shower combo.

The second bedroom has a Queen bed, flatscreen TV with Roku streaming/YouTube

TV access, desk with workstation if you need to work or school remotely, and

en-suite fulll bathroom with tub-shower combo. While the third bedroom

downstairs is perfect for the kids (or singles) and features two Twin beds,

flatscreen TV with Roku/YouTube TV streaming access and en-suite bathroom. The

loft upstairs has even more sleeping space with a Double bed as well as bunk

bed with a Twin on the top and Double on the bottom, with access to the hall

upstairs full bath with walk-in shower. An entry way mud area allows a space

for all your adventure gear, and the home comes with boot dryers and glove

warmers. The Mammoth Sierra Townhomes complex offers a swimming pool, two hot

tubs, sauna, and laundry facilities with parking available right in front of

the units. Mammoth Sierra Townhomes offers some of the best floorplans in town

with plenty of bathrooms and convenience and is an ideal location for

families. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic

Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full

fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This unit has 3

levels inside, is non-smoking. This condo sleeps a maximum of 9 people and

comes with 2 outdoor parking spaces. Guests will be provided two parking

passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call

our office for alternative options. Our calendar is updated in real time.

The pet fee is already included in your reservation total if you are bringing

The only issue I had was that the handrail for the stairs had not been cleaned for a long time. It was very dirty and sticky.

Good Space - Well Appointed for a large group

Nice property, the four bathrooms were nice for a larger group. Kitchen was very well stocked, everything you could need to cook was there. Also appreciated having extra paper towels, trash bags, etc. there when we arrived. Beds all comfortable. Liked having a single thermostat for the entire unit over the individual wall heaters that are common in Mammoth. Televisions all worked well and having YouTube tv hooked up for live tv made no cable in the unit a moot point. Management company was receptive to questions we had. Couple minor issues that we wish we knew about - the washer was taped shut with "out of order" signs on it. When the unit is advertised as having an in unit washer and dryer, we would have liked to know it was not working before arrival as with a big group, we would have preferred to have the chance to do laundry while there. Also, the dishwasher is in desperate need of an upgrade, it does not clean dishes well at all and we spent quite a bit of time hand washing dishes. Those aside, we would stay here again.

Condition of property great but...

The condition was excellent, there were two things which were slightly annoying. One was the angle of the kitchen counter, it was difficult for more than two people to be in the kitchen. The other was the cramped parking, I had a 6 passenger truck and parking was difficult. Parking a dually would be nearly impossible. Bedrooms and bathrooms were great! Liked the double doors in front along with the mud room.

Down town location

This condo is conveniently located downtown. Easy to get to grocery store and located close to restaurants. The condo has lots of space and a bathroom for every bedroom. The only downfall is that the parking is very tight for larger SUV's.The parking spots are at the very end and right next to a fence. The easiest way to get in and out is to back into the parking spots. The kitchen is fully stocked except for measuring cups and spoons. Overall great place to stay. I would recommend this condo to other guests.

Dead mouses

- There were a few mouse traps with dead decompose mouses - there were couple of dirty socks underneath the bed - the WiFi did not work - could not reach management by phone, so we removed dead mouses ourselves

Perfect for larger families

We love staying here every year during the summer. This townhome is ideal for our combined families of eight. It has 3 nice bedrooms, a loft, 4 bathrooms, modern kitchen and parking is right outside the front door. Always clean and well-maintained. Beautiful location by the golf course and very close to the supermarket and restaurants. We plan to return at the end of summer.

Plenty large enough for 8 of us. Nice that it is an end unit. Only downside was that carpet needs a good cleaning, but not so bad that we wouldn't stay again.

Close to everything you need!

Very cozy and clean! It has all the appliances you need for cooking, and for bath room amenities. Especially, it is in great location. The only big supermarket is Vons in Mammoth Lake, and it is with walking distance within 10 mins! Very convenient.

Our Favorite Condo in Mammoth!

This was our third consecutive year to stay Mammoth Sierra Townhomes #24. The condo is nestled in a beautiful location near a golf course. Very close to the market and many restaurants. The fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, 3 bedrooms, loft and 4 baths are perfect for our family of 6. It was very clean and well-maintained. Parking is right by the front door. We plan to stay there again next year.

Ideal mountain getaway!

Great home, very clean and cosy with everything you need for a great family vacation! We were 8 adults and 2 kids under 2 and were all very comfortable, we had no problems with the accommodation at all and had a great week skiing and hiking. The bus stop right outside takes you to the Eagle Lodge chairlift in 5 mins and the market and restaurants are within a 5 minute walk - we can't wait to come back!

mid-week Mammoth

We have used the services of MSR in the past. I have found the staff to be prompt, friendly and professional. Townhome #24 suits are needs well and the location is very convenient. I especially like the fact that we can walk to a shuttle stop painlessly. I would recommend that mid-week (Sunday-Thursday) clients be offered 3 parking passes because the there seem to be plenty of spaces. I would also appreciate reconsideration for the mid-week discounts as offered past seasons. As far as the townhome is concerned, we find the layout functional and having 4 bathrooms is especially convenient.

once again, a wonderful ski trip. Townhome #24 is comfortable and convenient. No need to go out for meals with all the cooking supplies available. Easy walk to the shuttle and vons so never started the car for 4 days.

Great location!

This 3 story townhouse was just perfect for our family!! Home was spacious, clean and cozy. The kitchen was modern and well stocked. The condo is centrally located -- right on the shuttle route and within walking distance to Vons, Starbucks, restaurants and a Short drive to the village and lake. Reservation went smoothly. We will definitely stay here again!!

Spring Fishing Trip
