Papakea J105 is a ground-floor, 2-bed, 2-bath condo that offers high-speed Wi-Fi, easy access, and garden views. This condo can accommodate 7 guests. With a king-size bed in the master bedroom, one queen-size bed and one twin-size bed in the second bedroom, and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room there is plenty of room for everyone! The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom and the second bathroom is right off of the guest bedroom. The main living area has an open-concept floor plan. The condo also includes a washer and dryer, ceiling fans in every room, and cable.

This unit also comes equipped with a kitchen featuring all-new cabinets, countertops, and appliances providing the comforts of home! This freshly decorated condo boasts Smart TVs throughout along with a window AC unit in the main living area to help keep things cool on those warmer Maui days.

*** Notice of Property Plumbing Project:
- Papakea Resort is performing a property-wide extensive plumbing project and you may hear some noise during this time.
- Standard work hours for this project will be from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday unless authorized for weekend work.
- Contractors will be present on the property to begin quieter preparatory tasks as early as 7:00 AM.
- To minimize possible disruption, louder tasks will not start before 10:00 AM.
- Dates are subject to change. Not all units will be affected at the same time.
- We have been notified that the project is pending completion around June 2026. We have decreased rates during these dates to compensate for any inconvenience. ***

- Construction will tentatively start November 2025 and expected to continue for approximately eight months.
- Work will begin on the ocean-facing side.
- The concrete will generate noise interruption and work hours are tentatively scheduled for weekdays and during standard working hours.

Papakea Resort offers lush tropical landscaping, koi lagoon ponds, oceanfront saltwater pools, hot tubs, shuffleboards, golf greens, pickleball, and tennis courts! It is located just North of the famous Ka'anapali Beach. Walk to nearby local shops, cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores. It is a quick drive to Whalers Village and many of Maui's top beaches like Kaanapali, Napili Bay, and Kapalua Bay. Parking is free for one vehicle; additional vehicles are $5/day. This fee is collected by the Resort's Front Desk staff upon arrival.

Standard Cancellation Policy:

Great Location

Condo is located in a quiet resort that is very family oriented. It was perfect place for our family to relax by the pool, watch sunsets over the pacific and make dinner using the resort BBQs.

Great location

This was a fantastic location for us. First floor was ideal with 2 small children and we could walk right outside to the pool, hot tub, putt-putt, shuffle board, and ocean. Place was clean and staff was very helpful with activities. My only suggestion would be to stock a few more glasses and plates, and add some smaller plastic bowls and plates for children.

Our stay at Papakea Resort was absolutely wonderful. This is our third time at Papakea and have not been disappointed at all. Again, the grounds were so beautiful and the staff were great! Amazing visit

Best floor plan for 2 families! Best location with easy walking distance to turtle bay! Would definitely stay here again! Air conditioners worked amazing, amazing black out blinds in master (allowed for great naps for the baby), beach chairs, pack and play, I could go on and on!!! Quick response from host with questions!!! Thanks for an amazing stay!!

Great location

Papakea is lovely ā˜† great amenities for all ages. Our unit on the ground floor was older and had a few issues that needed attention. Dishwasher track, master toilet, garburator & screen door need repair. We'd definitely return, locals were kind and welcoming as were all staff and employees.

Good location, could use more cleaning

The location was very nice. The ground floor entry made the stay so nice and easy. The grounds are beautiful and clean, however the inside of the unit could use more cleaning. There were a couple dead bugs on the floor as we entered and the floors could use better cleaning. I would suggest more beach/pool towel. Were there for 8 days, 5 people and there were only 4 pool towels.

Great week in Maui

This is a great property and fit the needs of our family perfectly. Pool, access to beach and grounds are amazing. The ground floor unit was nice for us as well. The unit was good but has not been updated like other units in the complex. It definitely met our needs and was as described in the listing but could use a second AC unit in the back bedroom. That said, the staff was great and communication with the property manager was great. Thanks for a great week...we will be back (hopefully with that second AC unit :))..

Love the resort

Great location and wonderful resort. The condo has very nice kitchen and bathroom countertops. The beds and linens were excellent. The rest of the condo needs updating. The condo was a bit dirty when we arrived, especially the corners of the rooms. We had a crawling infant and had to wash the floors and clean the corners ourselves. We should have contacted the property manager but chose to clean ourselves. We spent most of our time in the beautiful outdoors so the condition of the condo did not ruin our trip. .

A space in Paradise

The hide a bed was misrepresented. No person could sleep on it. Candy in the bed and kitchen lacking necessities. But the beach chairs and towels were greatly appreciated. Will return, perhaps a different unit.

Great vacation

We had a wonderful time here. Booked short notice and got a great deal. The "construction" was nothing. Never heard or saw it. Great pool. Quiet community. Little bummed there was zero beach, but it was just a short walk next door to find some. The property manager was really on top of things and called to make sure everything was ok. We did have an issue with the washer they were unable to fix while we were there but it was completely understandable with the holiday and the huge fire that was on the island. Thanks for a great time!
