This place is a vacationer's dream, especially if you happen to be an avid golfer. Nick Price is off the beaten path, a bit north of downtown Playa del Carmen, but still close enough to 5th Avenue where you can start far north and walk, bike or just take a 5-min taxi to all of the downtown hotspots!

Guest Access:
You’ll have full, exclusive access to the condo during your stay and all guests can enjoy the common area on the rooftop which features a sundeck, small pool and amazing views!

The Neighborhood:
The condo’s located inside the Corasol Community, a modern resort living community north Playa del Carmen and situated on the Caribbean Sea with everything you need just a short drive, taxi, bike or walk away. If a golfer, you're in luck as the Gran Coyote Golf Club is on site at Nick Price!

- Not far from the northern part of 5th Ave where you can bike or walk south (or take a 5-min taxi ride!) to the prime spot of 5th where you'll find cafes, bars, restaurants, boutiques & plenty of people-watching!
- Vibrant shopping malls in town like Paseo del Carmen, Quinta Alégria, & the shops at Calle Corazón with dozens of boutiques, international chains & restaurants
- Super Walmart & Soriana supermarkets plus convenience stores like 7-11 & OXXO a short drive away
- The Marena Beach Club just steps away or venture to Mandarinos, Martina, Mamitas or Coralina Beach Clubs

Getting Around:
The condo is about 50.9 km/31.6 miles or about a 40-minute drive from the Cancun International Airport (CUN). It’s best to prearrange your airport transfers. Let us know if you need any assistance. We’d be happy to help! If you come by car, there is a parking space for you at the complex.

For any sightseeing or activity further away and if you’re not coming by car, you can easily rent a bike, take a taxi, or go by ‘colectivo’ (shared-ride vans) where you need to go.

Other Things to Note:
If you need a cleaning service during your stay, it has an extra cost – Please let us know in advance. This service does not include changing the bed linens or towels. If you would like to add this service, additional fees will apply.

Electricity is included for short-term stays (2-27 nights), but to save energy, please keep the AC temperature at 25°C and turn it off each time you leave. Electricity is not included for long-term rentals (28 nights or more), instead, you'll be charged based on the meter reading at check-in and check-out. The rate is proportionate to the number of days stayed.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the condo, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters will be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during your stay.
- Please avoid from moving furniture
- Pets are not allowed unless there is prior authorization and an extra fee may apply if such is given.
- Please avoid hanging towels or clothes on the balcony/terrace railings.
- It is requested to use the safe box for all your valuables. We will not be held responsible for any loss or theft.
- Pool and common area regulations and opening hours have to be respected. The use of musical devices in common areas is prohibited. Glasses, glass bottles, food or coolers are not allowed in the pool area. You may use disposable or plastic glasses.
- We ask that you please adhere to the rules of the condo complex during your stay. You’ll be required to acknowledge and sign upon arrival.

Interaction with Guests:
This is a self-check-in property. Access codes will be provided to you before arrival. You'll have complete privacy during your stay, but the staff at Nice Price is available for anything you might need during your stay. Or contact us here, we're available 7 days a week!

Great place to stay and enjoy the amenities. Beach is a les than a five minute drive, the pool is huge, the security staff is super helpful. Had a great experience overall. The place itself was clean and had all the necessities of home.. this is one of the best Vrbo that I have stayed at.

Quiet condo in middle of golf course
Amazing condo on the 3rd floor, overlooking a golf range and surrounded by a golf course. Very quiet at night. Felt like home. Even includes a golf cart to go to a small grocery inside the Royal Haccienda Resort or to access the free beach zone next to the Beach Club. Very safe and well taken care. This unit have everything you needs in the kitchen, like at home. Plenty of game boards, puzzles, books, magazines. It felt very comfortable. Our family of 4 stayed there 11 days and we cannot wait to return. The pools are so big, always space, not crowded. A real retreat with trees all around. A true gem!

Perfect location - perfect unit!
This is our 2nd time staying in a Nick Price Residence. This unit in particular is great. Located on the 3rd floor the large balcony overlooking the golf course is perfect to enjoy morning coffee and an early evening drink. The golf cart is a great plus - so easy to go to the private beach club without using your car & to pop into the well stocked Mercado in the Royal Haciendas hotel inside the grounds. We would absolutely stay in this unit again! The owner is nice to work with and Francesca the agent is great too.

Amazing appartment in a beautiful location and amenities
We had an amazing vacation, my husband and my 2 kids (12 and 11). The appartment exceeded our expectations. It was very modern, super clean, in a beautiful location with a relaxing and large balcony, stunning pools, a world class golf course, including a golf cart, and a nice beach club with a calm beach (even during holiday season). We were close to La 5ta avenida in Playa del Carmen to go out for dinner and few minutes away from a big grocery store. We were also close to nice parks like Xcaret for the kids. We stayed for 8 relaxing days and a we had a cleaning lady named Jazmin come twice during that week and left the appartment, beds etc like a nice hotel. It is the first time we stay in an apartment in that area. In the past we had stayed at hotels and we enjoyed this experience more. It was more relaxing and quiet We highly recommend staying here and we will definitely come back. So many things to see and do in this area or simply relax and enjoy the beautiful and modern complex. Many Thanks Kathy for everything!!!
