Great property

We had a wonderful weekend. The property was just perfect for what we needed. It was very comfortable. There were 16 of us from ages 2 to 82. Highly recommend. Convenient to TN Tech.

The VIEW!

The view was fabulous. Balcony on every room with a great view. The house is set up perfect t for a big family. There is a room for the kids and two sitting areas. Everything you need to prep a meal is there. The room off from the house has its own refrigerator and oven which I used for prepping dinner for 16. The house is very clean! Enjoyed it very much.

Itwas even more beautiful than the pictures. Each room had it's own balcony, the views were spectacular! Parking was good, wouldn't reccomend the roads driving to it if your vehicle has any issues though. It's a typical windy, narrow, TN backroad. I enjoyed it, but I could see someones car breaking down on that road. Also! Download maps before you get there, and if you want to go anywhere while at the lakehouse (though you dont really need to because it's paradise) download maps to where youre going before you leave. Cell service is bad there and unless you're good at reading maps with no directions youre going to get lost and end up having a friendly little old man in overalls lead you back to the lakehouse (like what happened to my stepmom lol). I have zero complaints about the house whatsoever. They even left an extra tank of propane for the grill! You'll have to get your own firewood from one of the cornermarkets if you want to use the firepit. Over all its a 10 star stay. I prefer this place to Gatlinburg anyday.

The pictures are way better than the house!

The furniture is old and broke down, all the couches and chairs are very uncomfortable. The living room couch look like it was set out by the road for garbage. The house is not a 4 bedroom house , it’s a 3 bedrooms house with bunk beds in a game room. The picture are very misleading. The house has a great view, and if the owners had any pride in their property they would keep it up better. The carpet is dirty and worn badly. The rug under the dining table looks like it has never been cleaned. I’ve work with building nightly rentals, and been around them for over 30 years. This house belongs to people that only care about the check and not the guest.

Beautiful View and Perfect for large Family

It was absolutely perfect although a little difficult to find. Oven does not bake or roast accurately so we burnt almost everything we cooked. WE had 15 people and everyone has enough space. Overall, we would love to stay there again but would really hope they would replace the stove.

Clearview Cabin has THE best view

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is absolutely beautiful and clean! The view is even more beautiful. We had 12 guest and there was ample amount of space to sleep and hang out. Everything you need to prepare and cook a meal was provided in the kitchen. The one way road to the house was super sketchy. I’m glad I inquired about boats before we got there because we would never been able to tow our wakeboats down that road. Also just be careful and watch out for the house down the street that let their goats and dogs roam free, we almost ran them over a couple of times. The only complaint I have, is the sunroom has a pull out sofa and so it is considered as a place to sleep, I wish there was retractable blinds on the windows that faced the back of the house in that room for more privacy from the main deck, and the moonlight and early morning sunshine were pretty bright shining in those windows, which made it hard to sleep in there.

The property was very clean and bug free. I would highly recommend staying here as long as it's not the weeks I want to book it again.

4th of July Family Trip

We were very pleased in all aspects. We had a large fami.y 12 of us (all adults) who are very active, meaning we had to fix a lot of food. The kitchen was well supplied with pot, pans, and silverware to feed us. Everything on the house rental end was excellent and we would come back again. The only downfall was the distance to the lake. It made it difficult for us to enjoy the lake and the chalet at the same time. We are use to having water front property.

Amazing view, beautiful cabin, great stay!

View was spectacular! This cabin was a great place for a four family reunion to enjoy an amazing view of Center Hill Lake. Plenty of space to spread out. Large kitchen that is well stocked, a sunroom where the toddlers played next to the dining room, great sleeping accommodations with soft beds, plenty of bedding and towels, lots of outdoor chairs and seating with a nice fire pit and party lighting. Lots of decking to enjoy the view. Loved the large dining table and bar area. WiFi was speedy and covered most of the property. The AC was nice and cool and kept the humidity at bay. The suite was nice too! Has its own kitchenette and another fridge which was handy for cold drinks. Plenty of parking spaces. About 5 or 6 spots. Potential guests should be aware that there are stairs throughout the property. And the bunk room has lots of light but the blinds are not fully opaque and let in a lot of light. And while the arcade is awesome, you can’t turn it off and there isn’t a door to the arcade so it shines into bunk room. We draped towels over it and it did okay. And the couch was big and comfy but the sections move around! We fell through a few times! The drive up to the house is quite a bit steep and one lane. Be safe! Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our family reunion week at this beautiful cabin overlooking the beautiful lake. Sunsets and sunrises are exquisite. The pictures don’t even come close!
