Unfortunately, the property you initially booked had a maintenance problem which had to be addressed and therefore was unavailable to host you. We offered three alternative properties or the option of cancelling your reservation for you to have the freedom of booking one you preferred. However, as you really liked one of the upgraded options we offered, you were happy to relocate your stay. Upon arrival, we were in constant communication as there was a technical issue with the codes and lockbox. We called you within minutes and sent you messages to ensure you had been able to access correctly and settle in. Other inconveniences you encountered were reported and addressed by our local team promptly. We are sorry if this was not enough for you to enjoy your stay. Please know, we worked to the best of our abilities to provide a good experience.
