- This 2-story home requires 1 step to enter. While there is a bedroom and bathroom on the 1st floor, stairs are required to access the 2nd-floor bedrooms, kitchen, and living area
- There are no en-suite bathrooms at the property
- Renting boats in advance is recommended as boat rentals can sell out quickly
- The paddleboat has been removed and is not available
- Your safety matters. There is 1 exterior security camera located by the front door. It does not look into any interior spaces. It records video and sound when activated by motion
- Lake drawdown begins around November 1st, with the refill starting on March 1st. While the picturesque views remain, the water level will be lower, and the dock will not be accessible by boat during the drawdown period
- If you bring a boat, please do not launch the boat into the water from the property. There is a public launch down the street from the property where you can back up your boat into the water

Perfect 4th!

Property listing and pics are spot on. Location is in a nice big open and fairly quiet cove. The interior worked well for our group of 8 adults. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for our 6 day stay. Definitely a rental property but well maintained.

We had a great time! Ultimately I chose this place because of the kayaks and the beautiful view. We traveled with 3 older teenagers so the kayaks were a great bonus for them to enjoy. The house had plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax and had plenty of amenities like plenty of towels, the kitchen was well stocked with lots of serving and cooking items and the beds were super comfy. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great weekend at this beautiful property

We were so pleased with this property. the location is perfect with a great view out on to the lake. the design of the house was perfect for 5 adults with plenty of space. we especially enjoyed the patios for visiting. We had our boat with us and were able to use the slip all weekend. the inlet out in front of the property was perfect for paddle boarding and kaying without being out in the main body of the lake. We will rent this property again.

The Lake House was perfect and had several amenities. The property could have used a better cleaning, but that could have been because it was off-season (dead bugs everywhere and webs).

Softball World Series Stay

We had a great time. Visiting Arkansas for our granddaughter's softball team in the Softball World Series. We brought our own boat. The home was great! The televisions were a bit small and not positioned for easy view. Too high. I would have loved to know how shallow some of the areas were in the inlet that the boat dock was on. The water went from 6 foot to 2 foot and all over the place. We were bottomed out before we could see it on the depth finder. Scratched the prop!!! Please warn others who bring there boat and not familiar with the water. We were able to go by boat to Fisherman's Wharf which was great! We did enjoy our stay there! Thank you for sharing!

The property was nice. Great view and access to the lake. The upstairs steam shower was very relaxing and the house overall was a good experience. We could not locate a broom and I got no response from the property management co when texted about it. There was no paddle boat as pictured and the living room TV stopped working. We could not get it to power on. Overall the experience was good.

Nice lakehouse with everything you need

Great size for our family of 6 and we would rent again! Well appointed kitchen with almost everything we needed to cook & grill during our stay. We had to buy a can opener and long lighter for the grill. Yard, dock, and outside patios were all great! Pictures shown are true to the layout and decor. We enjoyed use of kayaks and paddle boat. We were also able to park the pontoon boat we rented in the slip for loading/unloading. There were only 2 chairs available to take to the dock. The list of amenities included beach towels but we did not have any available in the house. The property manager had someone drop them off at the house later in the day so we appreciated their response. Upstairs AC worked great but downstairs AC did not cool well. The bathrooms were nice size but the shower heads need a better cleaning. Beds & linens were just ok.

Nice waterfront property

Great location on the water with a boat slip! Steam shower was a nice touch, was nice to have Netflix and Disney+ already logged in for the kiddos so I didnā€™t have to mess with that. Check in was unusual. Typically you get a message on the platform with check-in/out instructions, door codes, etc. but that didnā€™t happen. Instead you get an email from a third party company the day you initially book with this info and no further communication, even when you message them on the app. You MUST reach out to the property managers directly. Also be aware there is no covered parking as they have this gated and locked. I would stay here again.

Irritating Smoke Alarm Beeping

The property is very nice. We were a little surprised that the kitchen and living area were up a flight of stairs, but had we looked at the pictures and description a little closer, we may have realized that, and it worked out ok. The only issue we had was that the battery was bad in one of the smoke detectors when we arrived and it had a loud irritating beep constantly. Those of us that arrived on Saturday, decided maybe we could adjust to the sound and be ok. The rest of the family who arrived Sunday immediately decided we needed to contact the property manager, which I did by text. He responded by saying that I should have called sooner, he would have taken care of it on Saturday, but since it was Sunday, someone would come by on Monday. Monday afternoon a lady came to the door with two packs of batteries. I asked, "Where is your ladder?" She said, "oh, I can't reach that one" I assured her, if we had a way to reach it, we would have taken care of it long ago. (It was in a stairwell on what could have been a third floor.) She was very nice, but it was obvious that she could not help us. She said that she would have to tell her boss. That was the last we heard from them. It was still beeping when we left four days later. Meals, game nights, movies etc. were not very pleasant.
