Immaculate, beautiful duplex with AC, bikes and beach gear - steps to sand!

These beautiful units are literally just a few steps to the sand (only 1 house between us and the sand). We provide everything you'll need for your stay including all of the linens, fully equipped kitchen and we even provide a few of the basic pantry items you will need (salt & pepper, cooking oil, coffee pods, etc...).

This property is a duplex with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms downstairs (totally separate entrances). There is also a sofa bed and daybed downstairs. So there are 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms in total. Between the upstairs and downstairs there are 8 beds total (this includes a daybed that is slightly smaller than a twin) plus a sofa bed which can sleep 1 adult or 2 kids.

Both units have fireplaces, there are skylights upstairs, a balcony upstairs with a BBQ and peek a boo ocean view from each side.

The two car garage comes in handy in summer and spring when parking can be difficult. We do have fairly good free street parking in front of the house too and a paid parking lot in walking distance that you can use overnight for free. There is a separate garage for bicycles and beach toys and washers/dryers.

We also provide sand toys, beach chairs/towels, wagons, boogie boards, surf boards, bicycles with helmets and locks and more!

The location can't be beat - just far enough from the craziness of the piers but, close enough to ride the provided bikes there in 10 minutes or less! Just a few minutes to the north is Huntington Beach with the brand new Pacific City shopping and restaurants.

Please do not make a reservation if you are coming to party! It won't work out and you will lose your deposit and get kicked out. There are no visitors permitted to come to the house without prior permission from the host.

Recommended purchase traveller's insurance - no refunds outside of cancellation policy.

Guest who books the house must be at least 28 years old and must be staying at the house (no booking for under age kids).

Wonderful stay

A perfect location and very comfortable place for a Christmas family reunion. One of the best rentals we've stayed in. The host was thoughtful and responded to any issue/questions immediately. I will stay again if I'm in the area.

Clean and bright

Our group stayed in 2 of the units at the house. They were clean and bright. The kitchen was well stocked with everything that we needed for group dinners. The host was very responsive to any questions and help that we needed. Overall a nice house and great stay!

All the comforts of home…and more!

What an amazing beach house! Beautiful, clean, fully stocked with EVERY beach/home item needed from toys, beach tents/towels, wagons, coolers, an outside shower to rinse off the sand, and even Post It Notes and scissors. The beds and pillows were comfy, too!! We rented both units, upstairs and downstairs. We needed 2 high chairs and 4 pack n plays…a quick message to Lisa before we visited, and she was able to accommodate our needs. And who knew you can buy full mattresses for pack n plays? I ordered 2 from Amazon on our trip home! The section of beach where the home is located was also perfect!! It’s near the north end of Newport Beach, away from the huge crowds nearer the pier. We loved not having people next to us, giving our kids a wider swath of beach to play and explore without losing them in the crowd. The beach was clean and well maintained, with beautiful white sand areas to play near and away from the water. There’s also a small park/play area just a few doors down for littles to enjoy without getting wet or sandy. Parking can be a little tricky on weekends if your vehicle is oversized (truck, SUV) because the beach houses ALL have small garages and large vehicles won’t fit. But, free parking usually opened up shortly on the street; you just have to be patient. In the early mornings and evenings, spaces were always available. Great location! Wonderful home! Family Spring Break

We rented both units (top and bottom) for our spring break with extended family. Location was wonderful, units were fully stocked (including the beach chairs, sand toys, bikes, etc) and host was great with instructions. The only thing I would mention is that the downstairs unit hears every footstep of the upstairs unit. So felt like we were tip toeing the entire stay. Also felt like there were a ton of rules to keep track of during our stay which took away aspects of relaxing on vacation. Other than those 2 things, the units were very nice.

Clean, quiet, and lots of beach accommodations!

This place was very clean and up to date with modern amenities. Plenty of supplies (paper towels, tp, hand soaps, etc) and tons of beach amenities (wet suits for kids and small teenagers, boogey boards, beach chairs, bikes and helmets, ez-ups, etc). There was an empty garage for your car(s) and every night there was a parking spot out front on the street within 50 ft of the house. Lisa was very responsive and super helpful with letting our big group in the two condos. Highly recommend it!

Great beach house for large families

We rented both units for a family gathering of more than a dozen people and had a wonderful time. The place was clean and well-maintained. The owner was very accessible and attentive. The house was well-located and equipped for beach activities, making it perfect for active visitors who want to get out during the day and do things.

Could not ask for more!

As a family that has been vacationing in Southern California for several years, we have never been as pleased with our stay as we have been this year. From booking, to our questions, to our stay.... every part of it was seamless and amazing. Lisa is by far the best host we have ever dealt with. She is quick to answer questions whether through VRBO, email or text, and is even quicker to resolve issues. We had only one small issue, she arrived very shortly after being contacted and resolved it. The home was exactly as described in the listing and immaculate. We have never stayed in a rental home as clean as this one and we appreciated that so much. It was well stocked with everything you could need and not having to pack our cars full of beach gear was an additional convenience. Everything you could want for the beach is provided. My grandchildren would like to personally thank Lisa for the heated outdoor shower! That was an unexpected luxury after years of being plunged into cold showers at previous homes! :D The location was perfect and away from all of the crowds which provided for a relaxing beach week...just what we wanted. Lisa, we will be contacting you soon to book next years trip! Thank you for everything!

Great rental property

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was immaculately clean and extremely well stocked with laundry products, dishwashing and hand soap, shampoo and conditioner, paper towels and toilet paper. The bikes, sand toys, chairs and umbrellas were wonderful and kept our children entertained. The hot water and water pressure were great in all bathrooms. The air conditioning worked perfectly. The mattresses and bed linens were very nice. We had a problem with the oven and Lisa came within a few hours to check it out. She is so helpful and responsive. 5 star house and vacation!!

This house was awesome!!!!

We loved this property. It was very clean and well supplied with all the amenities one would need. It is very close to a great beach. It was so nice to be off the main boardwalk and all the crowds but yet close enough if we wanted to go down there and hang out. We will definitely be renting this property again. Lisa was also great to work with. She answered all my questions very promptly. Thanks Lisa.

My family and I had a wonderful stay. The location was perfect (so close to the beach) and so was Lisa’s place. Our adult kids stayed in the unit upstairs, while we relaxed in the lower unit.

Excellent location for large family groups

We took both properties (upstairs and downstairs) for a family holiday for a group of 10. The accommodation was excellent and served us well and would thoroughly recommend it.

Wonderful property and location

We stayed here after running a race. Our team loved everything about the property. It was clean and very comfortable. Super stylish, too. We loved being so close to the beach as well as the market and coffee shops. Highly recommend.

THE BEST HOST !!!

The owner, Lisa went beyond to accommodate 14 guests and and allowed an early check in for weary travelers. Everything immaculate and well stocked with vacation necessities.

Great house, great location

Nice place. We had both upstairs and downstairs, the only bad thing was going from one to the other. I was impressed by the number of items that were in the house. The kitchens were stocked with everything you need. My grandkids loved the bunk beds. I was especially impressed with all the things in the garage storage area, 9 bikes, surf boards, wet suits, fins, beach chairs, even a tent!

Ohana getaway

Lisa was a very gracious and accommodating host. She was very quick to respond and no request was too small. The property did NOT disappoint! There was plenty of room for our group to spread out and enjoy the space. We did not have to worry about renting beach toys as everything you could think of was at our fingertips! There was truly something for everyone: bikes, boogie boards, surf boards, wet suits, and even sand toys and wagons! Lisa, from our ohana to yours, MAHALO for an amazing stay!!

Great location, excellent accommodations, attentive service

Our group of family members ranging from 2 to 73 stayed at this unit for a full week. Lisa was very helpful, check-in was smooth as silk, any little things she took care of behind the scenes. The property was clean and had the amenities one would expect from a hotel - plus some extras. For those with babies or young toddlers, there's a baby gate in the upper unit, nice Graco floor-standing high chairs in both units, and a pack-n-play. There's a few great restaurants within walking distance and the beach was so close and very nice and active location. we watched the surfers and the surf school kids. You can hear Hwy 1 if the windows are open but not so much if they are closed. Cannot really hear much road noise from the balcony since it's on the beach side of the unit. All in all, noise wasn't much of an issue. A/C was great, it really helped cool the place down in the evening for sleeping. The kitchens were both stylish and very functional, and had everything we needed as far as utensils, eating-ware and cookware. The bedrooms weren't large but were sufficient to move around and unpack in and organized well to maximize space for accommodating larger groups, and we didn't have much trouble being able to share the bathrooms. Were there any regrets with our booking? No, we'd have done this again in a heartbeat! Highly recommended!

We are a local family with 3 boys that love to surf! We spared no expense to make this house a dream to stay in. We manage our properties ourselves so no details go missed. It's so much fun to see our guests faces when we open the door and they are thrilled that the house looks even better in person. It's pretty awesome to be part of a family's vacation where they are building great memories. We've gotten to know many guests that come back year after year and feel lucky to be in this business.

Everything is top notch, new and in great condition. We do not allow partiers at our house and manage every aspect of the business so the house is always in great condition. We choose high quality beds and have the best windows and insulation so the house is quiet and comfortable. You'll sleep like a dream here. :) The house is spacious and comfortable for bigger groups. The area is so great, tons of amazing beaches to visit, great shopping, restaurants, etc....

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Besides the fact that this house is beautiful, super clean, modern and comfortable we also provide everything you'll need for a fun day at the beach (chairs, boards, wetsuits, towels, beach cruisers, etc...) - just bring your swim suit! Unlike most vacation rentals in Newport we have AC and don't be fooled, you do need it. You'll also get the 2 car garage to yourself and it sure comes in handy during busy summer months. West Newport is the best kept secret in Newport. You are close to everything but out of ear shot of the chaos of the piers and bars. Its the best of both worlds! In 5 minutes you can be in Huntington Beach or on the Pier in Newport.
