The house was exactly what we expected. And we loved going outside and seeing all the turtles, ducks, and fishies. We would definitely recommend!

I loved this rental!!! It was just beautiful and went above and beyond my expectations. It was clean, functional and very well decorated. Plenty of seating for friends and family to come over. Thank you again such an amazing stay. It meant the world to my family.

Thanks for allowing us to rent your property. The weather was cold for Florida in December but we had a great time. Just make sure you reach out to the property manager to confirm the code to the property. We had slight issues but it all worked out. Overall, would rent again. Thanks!!

This 2 BR/ 2BA faculty on the first floor with a back patio on the water was wonderful. It was a very comfy quiet place with a short walk to the beach. The owner was very supportive with quick replyā€™s every time. We were given a door access app on our phones ahead of time and it was called ā€œAugust access utilityā€ I think and it worked great. That was good since the manual push button keypad approach didnā€™t work for us. We also loved how all of the access information was provided to us immediately after we booked it several weeks ahead of time and itā€™s always comforting to have all that information provided so early. We thank the owners for such a wonderful stay and we highly recommend it.

Beautiful Place, Terrible Communication

Firstly, the property was beautiful. It was a wonderful place to stay, close to everything, and only a short walk to the beach. However, the check-in process was horrible. No one contacted us with the door code. My family & I sat at a local business emailing and calling customer service for nearly 2 hours. After talking to approximately 6 people, we FINALLY got a door code to check in. Like I said, our stay was wonderful but the customer service of Evolve really needs to step up.

Spotless place, Wonderful view

Super clean, beautiful place. My mother-in-law stated that she would give it 10 stars if she could since the pictures donā€™t honor how nice and well maintain is it. The resort has nice amenities, several pools and hot tub and just few minutes from the beach from the private walk beach. Everything was provided in this condo, great and quiet view. It is perfect for a relaxing getaway; however, everything is within minutes, several great restaurants and entertainment. We appreciated the Beach stuff and toys since we flew, and it was difficult to bring beach staff. Super comfy beds with adorable and stylish dĆ©cor, again my mother-in-law was happy since they provided a mattress topper for the king bed and the second room has 3 nice comfortable twin beds and my son used the queen air mattress. The host had great communication withing minutes. The check in was easy. Everything was perfect for our family vacation. We will come back to this adorable place.

Destin 2024

Check-in process was great. We were even able to check in two hours early. We did have to reach out to the property manger regarding debris coming from an air vent above the top bunk, the tv in the bunk room not working, and the a/c holding temps b/w 85-90 degrees. The property manager was very responsive and sent an A/C technician to check the cooling issue the next day. It ultimately appeared to be a remote program setting we could not control independently. There was ultimately no remedy for the debris coming from the air vent above the bunk during our stay. We did close it to prevent further debris falling on our son, however, this increased the room temp. The tv was also not addressed. I can say the condo was well stocked with chairs, beach cart, floats, etc. A muffin tin could be added in the kitchen. :)

Amazing place-not so great customer service

This room was amazing! One of the prettiest and best decorated places I have ever stayed at. The walk to the beach was short, and the views from the balcony were gorgeous! Overall, we really loved our stay here! However, the add was a bit misleading. There is not complementary beach service with chairs. In the room there is a double camp chair, and that is all. When we used the beach chairs/service on the beach, we had to pay $28 for 1 chair for 1/2 a day. There was also no Netflix, as stated in the add. When we reached out to the provided contact to ask about these things, we were met with very harsh and rude customer service. We tried to be understanding and not get upset about these things (when we first reached out, we were honestly just asking if we were suppose to have it or not after having some issues at the beach, and we didnā€™t watch much TV so Netflix wasnā€™t a big deal either), but rather than apologizing for the mistake, we were responded to with statements such as ā€œwell if you just read the add, you would CLEARLY see it was just COMPLEMENTARY anywaysā€. Evolve was very helpful in refunding us $150 for this misleading information, but please be aware before you stay here about this. Once again, the room itself was beautiful and a great place for us to stay. Customer service is just lacking.

Yo acostumbrĆ³ a rentar siempre condominio o casa serca Del Mar y cĆ³modas ,,pero este fue mi primera vez en que le fallĆ³ a mis amigas yo soy la encargada de escoger ubicaciĆ³n y calidad del lugar,,se supone que yo rente para dos parejas de adultos no NiƱo,y me dieron un condominio muy pequeƱo y camas muy mal estado incĆ³moda,muy pequeƱa las habitaciones y los colchones muy aguados,,,,,no recomiendo este lugar

We spent the week here with our 3 kids (ranging in ages 18 months-7 years) it was perfect distance to beach and pools! We enjoyed that the kids had their own bedroom and bathroom šŸ‘šŸ¼

Very clean condo

We loved staying here. I'm a self proclaimed germaphobe, and usually am disappointed in the level of cleanliness when I travel. However, this condo was extremely clean and made me feel very comfortable staying here. The kitchen was very nice, and the bunk room was perfect for our three girls. The location was great! It was really fun watching turtles and fish in the canal as well. It was such a wonderful place to stay and would recommend it to anyone. We look forward to returning!
