The "SEA-ESTA BEACH" is conveniently located just a short walking distance to the public beach access and several local restaurants and shops. This 3 bedroom, 2 baths home is West facing which provides sun all day long. The screened in lanai area is very private and provides a wonderful setting with a heated pool, pool toys, Hot Tub, Weber Grill, and spacious outdoor seating and dinning area. The patio doors open wide for extra living space!
The garage houses all of the equipment (wagon, chairs, coolers, umbrellas, beach toys) needed to enjoy the beautiful Marco Island beach and amazing sunsets!
All of the amenities are included such as: central air, linens, washer & dryer in unit, Wi-Fi, iron & Ironing board, alarm clock, 4 adult bikes and 2 bikes and helmets. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots/pans and every gadget needed to prepare a delicious meal. For those traveling with little ones we also have a pack and play with extra padded mattress, highchair, walker, tub and baby blankets and towels. For family enjoyment, we have lots of games, puzzles and books.

Stunning home and gracious host

The property was exactly as described and pictured in the VRBO listing. The location was perfect just a short 10 minute walk to the beach. The property was very well appointed, clean and comfortable. The kitchen especially was very well stocked. The outside living space was also stunning! The host was very communicative and gracious, definitely one of the best properties we have stayed at in Florida!

A great experience overall!

Great Home

We enjoyed our stay at this property and will hope to stay here again. Another couple and our college age daugther were very comfortable. When you walked into the home, the decorations and quality of furnishings were really nice. This felt like a home for a week.The house was so clean with every kitchen utensil, plate, and pan that one would possibly need. The kitchen bar area was very nice to eat at as it opened up into a comfortable sitting area with the TV. The beach supplies made walking to the beach so easy with towels, umbrellas, wagon, and chairs. We walked each day. Bikes were available.Our favorite area was the outside sitting area which had a TV and very comfortable outdoor furntiure to watch the games in. The table outside allowed a great place to work and eat. The pool was warm and it was nice to be able to turn up the hot tub as I like warmer water. The master bedroom had a very comfortable mattress and pillows as I usually don't sleep well but was fine. The walk in shower with both the rainfall and shower head was very relaxing. The twin bed option was nice for our daughter.The owners were so great with communication. I had questions prior to booking and they were very quick with response. The owners also checked in via email to make sure things were ok. They provided recommendations on restruants in the area as well as information for the Farmers Market which had great produce and baked goods. A great home!!!!!

The house was exactly as advertised and in a perfect location. We have been to Marco Island every year for the last ten. This home has the best location as its walking distance to the public beach access and a half dozen great restaurants. The home was stocked with everything you could possibly imagine and then some. The checking process was easy and the house was spotless on arrival. We look forward to returning.

Absolutely lovely!

Our family of four with two small kids loved this house and we will be back! The pool was amazing. There were indoor toys, games, and books; pool toys, floaties for the toddler, beach toys, and everything you could ever need for a day at the beach including umbrellas, chairs, coolers, and so many towels. Great location with walking to the beach, ice cream, and shops. We rode bikes to the playground and had an amazing time. I have to say this is the cleanest VRBO I have ever stayed in. My little ones constantly loose things so I tear apart couches and move furniture regularly. Everything was spotless.I highly recommend this house!!

Perfect staycation!

We had a pleasant stay at the home. The house was spacious, clean and truly spectacular. We loved the shell box in the entrance, very nice touch. The kids had a fantastic time, and the space was perfect for our family. We did encounter a few issues during our stay, however, the owners, Maritza and Jeff, were very responsive and helpful, ensuring that everything was quickly resolved. Overall, a nice experience with great service! We will definitely be staying here again.

Amazing beachy property!

The absolute BEST vacation home! Maritza (homeowner) was incredibly accommodating and responsive. The home was beautifully furnished, and in like new condition. We LOVED the pool and spa and we were amazed by the amount of pool/beach floats/toys that were available to us. Our family of 5 will definitely be back! Thank you!!

Perfect Family Beach House

We spent 12 nights with 4 adults and 2 children ages 5 & 8. The house was gorgeous, even better than the pictures and had absolutely everything you could need for a relaxing beach vacation. The beach gear was stocked with coolers, umbrellas, chairs, boogie boards, sand castle toys and sea shelling. The outside shower was great after the beach to wash away the sand and rinse off. The pool and outdoor space was perfect for family barbecues and watching movies from the heated pool and spa jacuzzi. Great communication and very attentive hosts. We will definitely return one day, this house had it all and ticket all the boxes. The walk to the beach access was easy with the beach cart to tug gear back and forth and a very short drive to south beach access parking with the best beach and sea shells. Truly a paradise location and beach house!

Perfect Getaway!

The property was just as described and pictured. The house was immaculate. We visited with my two high school children and it was the perfect amount of space. I especially loved our private pool and outdoor living space! We dined out most nights but the kitchen is very well appointed and had everything we needed and more. Maritza was an amazing host, and answered all of my questions before and during our trip. Will definitely be back one day.

Excellent Vacation Home

This house is beautifully furnished in a lovely neighborhood. The spacious kitchen was "like new". Pool and patio area were exceptional. We were comfortable in bedroom/baths. We used the bicycles, beach chairs, and umbrellas that were provided (all in excellent condition, just like ones from home). We are planning to return again next year.

980 Valley = 10 Stars!

Great times at "Sea-Esta Beach Home" for our party of 6 adults. The home and the hosts were simply the best. The open floor plan leading out to the heated pool, hot tub, & multiple seating areas gave us more than enough space to gather or to go off to our own space. We made great use of the entire home and love, love, love the lanai! We have GREAT appreciation for the cleanliness of every inch of the home, pool, and lanai. All the beach amenities (towels, coolers, chairs, umbrellas) came in so handy for our boat rental and a day on Keywaydin (ah-ma-zing). And the fully stocked kitchen (a drip and k-cup coffee maker, paper goods, spices, pots and pans, air fryer, blender, etc.) and Weber Grill were put to good use for breakfasts, happy hour and the 1 night we actually stayed home and cooked! A full size W/D round out this "all the comforts of home++" home! Then there's the location - an easy walk to the beach, Sunset Grill for beverages and the sunset, DaVinci's Italian, live music - you name it, and all this just around the corner. And Stans! A quick Uber to a place you MUST experience for Sunday Funday! Lastly - and what I find to be the most critical component - the hosts. Generous with their time, the epitome of responsive, and genuinely valuing the families and friends they host. I gave up on hotels for vacation years ago; turning to private homes and their gracious hosts to share their piece of paradise. We found all this at 980 Valley. Thank you Maritza and Jeff.

Very nice place

We thoroughly enjoyed this property. It suited our family well and had everything we could have wanted as far as amenities and extras ( spices in the cabinets, etc). The owners were extremely attentive when we had a specific question on the spot and were johnnie on the spot available through texts as needed. The only thing we can say is the single beds in the room for (2) people were not as comfortable as we would have expected for the price. We rented during a very busy time (Christmas) which I'm sure impacted the rate. I would gladly book here on another trip if I can afford it.

You will love this property!!

The house was very comfortable for 4 adults and 2 small children. Close to everything with 2 beach accessā€™ within walking distance. Canā€™t think of anything that we would ask to be added, even for the children. But best of all, the Owners were awesome. Accessible, concerned that you are enjoying your stay and helpful if needed. That is why we rate it a 5 star stay.

Fantastic Home & Location!

We have traveled to Marco Island over the past several years for our Thanksgiving break. We have stayed at several different homes throughout the island, but none better than this home. The house is just as itā€™s advertised with great communication with the homeowner, additional games for the children, and all the kitchen utensils needed breakfast, lunch and dinner. The kids utilized the hot tub and pool on a daily basis, which was the perfect temperature for morning, afternoon and evening swims. The home owner even had a special treat waiting for them! The home is located near two access points to the beach and many of the best restaurants on the island. We will definitely be back next year!

Amazing Family Getaway in a Beautiful House with Sun, Pool, Beach and Relaxation!!!

We had a wonderful weeklong stay here. It was our first time in Marco Island, and we will have memories for a lifetime. The house is beautiful, spacious and immaculate, with more than enough room for the four of us. Having the private, heated pool was just perfect - especially with our 14-month old, since it allowed us to not have to lug all the things you need to take with you when going to the beach with a toddler. Nevertheless the beach was an easy enough walk too - we even decided to do a professional photoshoot there for our holiday cards this year. I specifically booked this house because I wanted a place that would be well-equipped with the things we would need for our toddler, particularly since this was our first time flying with her. And the house does have everything you could possibly need, and even things you didn't think you needed - including games, puzzles and books for a range of ages; spices, condiments and everything you need for cooking / dining in the indoor dining area or outdoor patio, and everything you need for the beach (e.g. wagon, umbrellas, chairs, beach towels, toys etc). The neighborhood is charming, and every house has its own unique character (think: tropical chic). Our hostess Maritza is lovely, and gave such thoughtful, detailed answers to all my questions. If we go back, we would certainly stay here again!

Simply Perfect

We had the best time staying at this property. It's located very close to the beach and the wagon in the garage made it super convenient to shuttle our 2 little ones. There are shops and restaurants nearby, so except for going to the grocery store we didn't need to use our rental car a lot. Communication with the owner was impeccable and she was very responsive. The property had everything we needed and more - from a well-stocked kitchen to plenty of towels and beach items and foremost a fabulous pool with a spa like hot tub. I can go on and on about how much we enjoyed our stay. We've stayed in several short-term rentals and this one surpasses all. All of the baby items made life so much easier and our vacation that much more enjoyable. The place is also immaculately clean, which gave me extra peace of mind (again considering we're traveling with both of our little ones). Maritza, thank you for the hospitality, we loved our stay.

One of our favorites!

This was our first time at Marco Island, and we loved it! We had several questions the first couple days of our stay, and the owner responded very quickly to all messages. The property was one of the best weā€™ve ever stayed at. Very well stocked kitchen. We loved the house pool and hot tub (and the outdoor TV was a big plus)! The kids watched many movies while swimming. Only downside was that the public beach access was a bit of a walk, and the beach was a bit crowded since it is a public beach. We just told ourselves it was good exercise :) We would go back for sure!
