The "SEA-ESTA BEACH" is conveniently located just a short walking distance to the public beach access and several local restaurants and shops. This 3 bedroom, 2 baths home is West facing which provides sun all day long. The screened in lanai area is very private and provides a wonderful setting with a heated pool, pool toys, Hot Tub, Weber Grill, and spacious outdoor seating and dinning area. The patio doors open wide for extra living space!
The garage houses all of the equipment (wagon, chairs, coolers, umbrellas, beach toys) needed to enjoy the beautiful Marco Island beach and amazing sunsets!
All of the amenities are included such as: central air, linens, washer & dryer in unit, Wi-Fi, iron & Ironing board, alarm clock, 4 adult bikes and 2 bikes and helmets. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots/pans and every gadget needed to prepare a delicious meal. For those traveling with little ones we also have a pack and play with extra padded mattress, highchair, walker, tub and baby blankets and towels. For family enjoyment, we have lots of games, puzzles and books.

This was our second stay at this home and as before, everything was perfect. 5 stars isn’t enough. The property is located on the south west area of the island which makes it walking distance to many restaurants and shops and also to public access to the beautiful south end of Marco beach. The house is immaculate and has a south facing pool and hot tub that make it hard to want to leave the backyard. On top of all that, the homeowner provided excellent communication and we had quick responses to any questions. You would not be disappointed with this rental.

This house was absolutely perfect for our week on Marco. It is so very clean and comfortable that we didn't want to leave. It is very well appointed and we did not want for anything! This was our first stay on Marco Island and we did not know much about the location. It is in a great spot and a very short walk to the beach. It is also very walkable to a lot of shops and restaurants.The host is an absolute gem. She was very diligent in responding to any questions that we had.Do not hesitate to book this home for your Marco vacation. It is a great home.

A great experience overall!

Perfect vacation house!

The house and location was perfect for our girls trip! The house is very clean and the pool/hot tub is great! The house is in a great location with an easy walk to the beach and plenty of great restaurants nearby.

Stunning home and gracious host

The property was exactly as described and pictured in the VRBO listing. The location was perfect just a short 10 minute walk to the beach. The property was very well appointed, clean and comfortable. The kitchen especially was very well stocked. The outside living space was also stunning! The host was very communicative and gracious, definitely one of the best properties we have stayed at in Florida!

Perfect Place!!

This property had everything we were looking for - pool, hot tub, close to shopping/restaurants and a short walk from the beach! The owner was AMAZING!! Check in/out was super easy. Marco Island was a great location for my daughters and me to relax, and this was the perfect place to do just that!

Great stay

The house was perfect for my family. We stayed two weeks and had a great time. It was very clean, had everything you will need, and is in a great location. Short walk to the beach and restaurants. Short drive to Naples and the Everglades. I would recommend this property to anyone.

Beautiful house

We enjoyed our stay at this property! The home is excellent and the pool is perfect. The house had everything we needed and more! Only 5 minutes walk to the beach. We would definitely return to Marco and stay at this home again.

The house was exactly as advertised and in a perfect location. We have been to Marco Island every year for the last ten. This home has the best location as its walking distance to the public beach access and a half dozen great restaurants. The home was stocked with everything you could possibly imagine and then some. The checking process was easy and the house was spotless on arrival. We look forward to returning.

We have stayed in many VBROs and this one was the absolute BEST! We had everything we could have ever wanted: stocked kitchen, all the water toys/chairs/tents in the garage, short walk to the beach and fantastic owners. We're already looking at dates for our next stay!!!

Gorgeous house, perfect location

We had a fantastic week in Marco Island at this beautiful home! Everything is updated, clean, comfortable, and spacious. The pool and patio are fantastic. The location really couldn't be better with an easy walk to the beach, shops, and wonderful restaurants. On top of all that, the Codas are the most gracious, lovely hosts. We can't wait to come back!

Amazing beachy property!

The absolute BEST vacation home! Maritza (homeowner) was incredibly accommodating and responsive. The home was beautifully furnished, and in like new condition. We LOVED the pool and spa and we were amazed by the amount of pool/beach floats/toys that were available to us. Our family of 5 will definitely be back! Thank you!!
