Thank you so much for taking the time to leave your review, Patrick! We are thrilled to hear that you enjoyed your stay at Beachwood Villas 7G and found the location to be perfect for exploring 30A. It's fantastic to know that you appreciated the proximity to great dining options like Cafe 30A and Goatfeathers Fish Market, as well as the convenience of Tom Thumb. We're delighted that you found the beach easily accessible and beautiful. We hope to welcome you back again in the future!

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave your review, Samantha! We are thrilled to hear that you and your boyfriend had a great experience at Beachwood Villas 7G. It's fantastic to know that you appreciated the communication with our hosts and loved the location. We understand that the floor-to-ceiling mirrors were a bit unexpected, but we're glad they didn't affect your stay. We truly appreciate your kind words and are delighted to hear that you found the location to be great for the price. We look forward to welcoming you back for another wonderful stay in the future!

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review! I am so glad you had a great vacation and enjoyed your stay! In this area, we have palmetto bugs. This property is treated for pest control but I am sorry you saw a couple of palmetto bugs. I will reach out to pest control to make sure this is handled for our next guests! I'm glad you had a great stay and we look forward to hosting you again soon for another wonderful vacation!

Thank you for sharing your feedback, Carol. We genuinely apologize for the issues you experienced during your stay at Beachwood Villas 7G. While we are pleased to hear that our iTrip Beaches of 30A team was great, it's clear that the condo did not meet expectations in terms of cleanliness and comfort. Your comments about the kitchen supplies, the condition of the couch, and the dusty bedroom blind have been noted with concern. We take your feedback seriously and are committed to addressing these issues to ensure improvements are made. We truly hope you’ll give us another opportunity to provide a better experience in the future.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review! I apologize you experienced any issues while staying with us as it's always our goal that our guests have a stress free and wonderful week! The lock is working perfectly! We look forward to hosting you and your family again soon for another fabulous vacation!

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review! It is always our goal that all of our guests have a wonderful and stress free time while vacationing with us. I am so sorry to hear that you had any hiccups at all during your stay. Although we provide our phone number on all emails and communication to our guests, it seems you may have accidentally called the wrong number. Our team is available 24/7 for any and all needs. In looking back at your stay, we don't have any communication - phone calls, text, VRBO messages or emails letting us know you needed our assistance. iTrip Beaches of 30A manages this condo, but not all of the condos in this building. We have had a guest before try to call the building's maintenance instead of our maintenance line. While I am truly sorry for this inconvenience, when staying with us in the future, if you have any issues at all, we will send a team member out right away to assist you! I am so glad these details didn't take away from your stay and that you still had a wonderful vacation! We look forward to hosting you again soon!

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a thorough and thoughtful review! I'm so glad you loved this lovely condo, it's location and all details of your stay! Thank you for the input for drawers! I'll pass this along to our team and see what we can do! We look forward to hosting you again next year for another fabulous vacation!

Thank you for sharing your feedback, Cristin. We are genuinely sorry to hear about your experience at Beachwood Villas 7G. We strive to provide accurate descriptions, and we're disappointed that the sleeping arrangements did not meet your expectations. We apologize for the inconvenience regarding the air mattress; this is not the level of service we aim to deliver. Additionally, the issue with ants is not reflective of our usual standards. We sincerely apologize that no one came to address the pest problem despite being promised, we followed up with our team to figure out the disconnect. We appreciate your comments and hope you give us another opportunity to provide the quality vacation experience you deserve.

Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback, Tim. We’re glad to hear that you enjoyed the fresh and clean ambiance, roomy interiors, and the convenience of the location. It’s great that the swimming pools and courtyard were to your liking, as well as the well-stocked amenities. We sincerely apologize for the challenges you faced with the AC in the bedroom, water pressure, and the comfort of the seating options. Your comments regarding the beach access, parking, and traffic issues are important to us, and we're sorry to hear they impacted your stay. Your notes on the need for additional lamps, a vacuum cleaner, and improved patio doors are invaluable, and we will review these to enhance future guest experiences. We appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve. We hope that if you decide to explore other areas, you find an experience more aligned with your expectations.
