Great stay - attentive host

Very clean, quiet, nicely furnished condo with many extra household needs supplied that are seldom found in a rental. The master bedroom mattress is very comfortable, and the lanai has a pretty sunset view. Location is wonderful, not far from Old Town, and also Basha's, a very good grocery store. We had an issue with the TV reception, and as soon as we contacted the host, it was taken care of immediately. We may try a different time of year next time!

Great place for extended stay.

Property owners were great to work with. Property was a perfect choice for us, each having our separate sleeping areas with a nice kitchen and living area. Nice balcony overlooking golf course.

Great location and thoughtful hosts

This apartment is in a great location overlooking the golf course. The hosts were very thoughtful and the property was immaculately cleaned. It was perfect for my wife and I. There are two beds but there is only one very small bathroom — I wouldn’t recommend that more than two people try to stay here because of that.

Peaceful Getaway

Such a quiet, peaceful condo with a lanai that overlooks the golf course. Very private! Easy access to the Scottsdale walking path and easy walk to Old Town and the canal. The condo is fully stocked and so comfortable. Pool area is lovely! We love this condo and hope to return in the future.

Amazing Sunsets!

The condo was a great location for our needs. We traveled to Scottsdale to bike ride, hike and swim. The condo deck overlooks a golf course and bike trail. We enjoyed our evening cocktails on the deck at sunset. The sunsets were amazing! The grounds are well manicured and the pool is sparkling clean. Great location for an active vacation!

excellent location

great community pools, very comfortable condo, extremely responsive owners (we arrived Easter evening to a broken window from an errant golf ball, somehow the owners managed to have the window replaced & all the glass cleaned up that evening!) highly recommend.

Great Visit to Scottsdale!

I loved the condo and found Kyle and Kam to be easy to communicate with - very responsive. The condo was very comfortable!! The check in process and snack basket made me feel welcome and got things off to a great start. The location was walking distance to the SF Giants spring training complex (took in a game) and to Old Town Scottsdale. Would recommend others to stay here and will consider renting again.

Great place!

Such a great place to stay. We really had a good time and when we got here, the owners had a personalized basket for my 40th birthday! So thoughtful!!! We had a rough go at the start of the trip with the car rental and it made my day. Clean, perfect location and accommodating! We highly recommend! Thank you!

Sunshine

We had a wonderful stay in Scottsdale. We were escaping Minnesota deep freeze and couldn't of timed it better. Sunny 70s almost Everyday! The manager/ owners were local and were so accommodating. Kam even collected are recycling and replaced a few requests. Communication was excellent. Between hiking, golfing , pickleball and enjoying the beautiful, clean pools we stayed busy.

A nice place to stay!

Our experience was very good staying at this VRBO. Having a patio on the golf course side was enjoyable. Our place was just the right size for the two of us.

Quiet with great sunsets!

The place was very well stocked. Everything functioned well. I enjoyed sitting out on the patio in the morning or late afternoon drinking tea and writing.

Nice stay, great location

The property managers were very nice and the location is also very nice. It's a pretty quiet spot that overlooks a golf course, so I think it delivers well on what it offers. Thanks again.

2 Weeks in Scottsdale

My wife and I are retired and we stayed at Kam and Kyles condo in Sunscape for 2 weeks. The unit was clean and comfortable, and was well equipped for eating meals in. The location is ideal for the local activities, and we enjoyed backing up to the golf course. We walk a lot and it is safe and convenient to do so from this location.

Scottsdale Gem

This property is just as described! The main bedroom bed was incredibly comfortable; there were only 2 of us, so we didn't utilize the loft. The kitchen and bath were well stocked with necessities. The unit is a 2 minute walk from a very nice hot tub and pool. The complex seemed to be just a short drive from many of the local sites! Stay here! You won't be disappointed!

Awesome stay

The owners and property were spectacular! We were traveling with a young child and they made sure we had a pack n play and baby gate for the stairs. The location is perfect walking distance to watch the Giants and plenty of nearby restaurants and grocery stores. We will definitely be back next year!

Best property in Sundance

We've staed in this complex before, so we knew it was in a great location. The greenbelt is just steps away and walking to Old Town is about a 20 minute walk Parking was not a problem. Would stay here again for sure. Treats and wine upon arrival.

Scottsdale 2020

We have stayed the past two years in North Phoenix and found this most recent stay in Scottsdale more desirable. Really enjoyed the location of this condo in Sunscape Villas alongside the Continental Golf Club. Kim and Kam were great to rent from and were very responsive when we had an issue accessing the Fitness Center. The swimming pools were large and great water temp. The welcome basket was a nice touch. We were very comfortable during our stay and will not hesitate to stay here again!

We loved our stay at Sunscape Villas

The location of this condo just can’t be beaten! Overlooking the Continental Golf Course and within walking distance of four great restaurants - perfect! The condo had everything we needed and Kim and Kyle were great to deal with. We would certainly rent from them again!
