Enjoy your time relaxing on deck chairs by the pool, soaking up the sun, or the stunning outdoor entertainment area all year round.3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, beautifully renovated throughout. Lounge room with 8-seater lounges, large Flat screen TV and remote controlled gas fireplace. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, and there is also a large laundry with washer and dryer for your convenience. NBN Wi-FI throughout - perfect for the working holiday! Outdoor entertaining space with BBQ, Outdoor furniture and incredible mountain and ocean views.

Master Bedroom: King bed, ceiling fan, air conditioning, ocean and mountain views, ensuite, heated towel racks and walk-in wardrobes, office nook.
Second Bedroom: 2 x Single beds, ocean views, ceiling fans, built in wardrobes
Third Bedroom: Queen Bedroom with walk-in robes, ceiling fans, air conditioning

Incredible mountain and ocean views, located a short walk to the Jetty, restaurants and beaches. Please refer to our terms and conditions prior to booking. Pets allowed, please advise at time of booking if you wish to bring your pooch. $100 per pet per stay applies and agreement to our pet policy. There are plenty of pet-friendly beaches nearby.
Linen and bath towels are provided, please bring your own beach towels. There is a separate holiday let downstairs, however Sea Breeze is complete private with no shared facilities.

Cameras and Noise Monitoring: There is 1 external security cameras installed at this location presently but the owner reserves the right at any time to install additional external cameras at their discretion. Cameras are positioned to view the front door areas for external security monitoring only. All cameras are installed in line with local regulations. Fines apply to guests found to have disconnected, removed or damaged the noise device. These devices are used to monitor and maintain ours and guests responsibilities under the NSW STR Code of Conduct.

General upkeep required

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It's such a lovely property with a lot of potential, however, it does not look as if it is regularly maintained. There were sider webs everywhere, dog poop on the front lawn, dirty dishes packed away in the cupboards, we had to wash all dishes prior to using them. Being on a holiday this was rather disappointing. Otherwise it has a lot of potential.

Holiday trip

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Few things to notify, the Wifi, it connects to only one gadgets either to Smart TV or to only one member of the guests. This is something have seen any of the property. This rental property does not suits for the pets (cannot keep the pets outside the property wherein no backyard or awning).

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a lovely weekend at Sea Breeze. The place was immaculate and had everything you could think of for a comfortable stay. It is in a great location, walking distance to the Jetty for great restaurants and cafes. Would definitely stay here again!
