Great place to stay!

Overall this was a great place to stay! Great location, great amenities, and was very comfortable! I would highly recommend this location for families!

Great location. kitchen was well stocked. House was perfect size for family. Garage was a nice surprise and very useful. Highly recommend this property.

Perfect location for us.

This is our 3rd time staying at this property. The location is perfect for us. Close to the pier (literally facing it), but on a side street with less traffic. The kids loved the pool, spending many hours in it. My only critique would be on the furniture. Trying to get up from the couch took some work! But overall, we love this place, and the fact we can bring our dog with us makes this place perfect for our family.

Arrived to a breath taking view of Kure Pier.The view was perfect, rooms very clean.As for the furniture in the living room it was pretty much worn out.The upstairs deck furniture was broken, unable to sit in unless you folded up towels.All the pillows were flat and stained (A few stained so badly they should have been replaced)Upstairs OF/BR#1 the blanket had blood spots on it.The toilet handle and seat were broken, shower pulled out of the wall & floor drain broken.Downstairs & main level 3 tv’s unusable in BR-remotes dead and 1 w/o WiFi connection, Called Bryant they put in a maintenance call-they showed promptly- fixed the shower but not the drain,fixed toilet and replaced the batteries in 2 of the BRs.He said all LG tvs had issues w/Wi-FI & it was a 45mins fix, that he’d return the next day-(his next day-were my 3 calls & 5.5 days later)he blamed the owners of the property!Said they had to approve the 5 min Roku fix.I had explained to them how my mother whom was unable to leave the house due to health issues or change BRs due to amount of stairs was stuck in a BR w/o tv all week.He’s rude remark was- well there more tv’s in this house.Upstairs BR#2-ceiling fan was broken-Final complaint would be trash day.They pulled out 12 trash cans, placing them less than 4ft from our vehicles, which I had to move after the wind overturned 2 almost hitting our cars. The lids not latching, trash flying everywhere.The smell and flies were horrible! Not worth a 7500.00stay.

Wonderfully Made

It was a great experience! Enjoyed the amenities that came with the property! The only downside, was the garbage disposal (I fixed while there). A quick manual crank, and reset the breaker on the unit itself, made it functional. Also, the dryer ran, however it would not dry. No worries. It all worked out! I really appreciate their attention to detail. I will definitely recommend this property for future references! Thanks again!

The View

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental was sight unseen as the property I originally rented ended up with water damage from broken pipe. This property had great views, was quiet and spacious. The 1st floor bedroom was odd, as I believe it was intended to be the wet room with bath off the pool area. The unit has a few mechanical issues, code pad door would not lock on day 2, internet and cable not working from arrival, sheet set missing fitted sheet and fire extinguisher on empty, but all was fixed by the end of day 2. Very prompt(considering Covid and Christmas)and professional company.

Michelle, we're so glad you enjoyed the view from 'The View', especially when unexpected changes occur. Fortunately, our Reservationist team was able to respond quickly once we learned of the water damage, and move you to a comparable unit within Kure Beach Villas before your visit. Even better, both these units are owned by the same couple who take great pride with their property so it made for a smooth transition. Even though you had a couple bumps with your visit, we were happy to resolve with the same great service we provide all of our guests. Come back and visit anytime!

Family Thanksgiving 2021

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For the most part it was good. Our unit did change from the one we originally booked due to a water damage issue, so not sure if the basement bedroom situation could have been better suited for us. I felt that the bathroom floors all needed a good washing. Not as clean as I would have liked. Heat was difficult to control. And lastly but quite 2 year old grandson picked up a blood pressure pill off the floor and it did not belong to anyone from our group. Luckily he did not ingest.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of the condo was outstanding. The condo is very nice and Bryant Reality is outstanding to work with. We had a wonderful time. The only issue I had was the house was not very clean when we arrived. Nothing major but the floors were not swept, the counters were sticky. Bathrooms and bedrooms were fine.
