Linen is included in with your booking for the main beds. Linen is left on the bottom of each bed for guests upon arrival. This will include all linen other than pool/beach towels.

A pre-authorised bond of $1000 will be held on your credit card upon check in. This will be released to your credit card when the property has been inspected and approved after your vacate.
SPECIAL TERMS!! As we are situated in a quiet, residential setting our home is suited to responsible, mature guests who will respect the privacy of our neighbours. All guests must be over the age of 25 years or accompanied by a parent or persons of age to be a legal guardian at all times. There is no smoking allowed in the house. We reserve the right to terminate the tenancy at any time if conduct is deemed inappropriate.
