2204 Shores of Panama

Nice updated condo with bird’s eye view of the pool and from the master you get a view of the beach/front beach drive. Night time teens running down the halls made it hard to sleep 2 outta 6 nights. All the beds were comfortable the staff were great. Kids can’t wait to go back!

Good for the price

It worked for what we needed and what our budget was. Are there nicer units out there? Yes. But theyre double the price.

Fun time at the beach

We had a great time in this condo at Shores of Panama. The condo is very spacious and was pretty clean. The view from the 22nd floor was spectacular. We could see the beach and the entire pool. The ice machine in the freezer did not work but they have ice at the resort you can purchase on the bottom floor. The Wifi worked for us. Parking is first come, first serve, but we figured out if you drive to the top of the parking garage, there was a spot every time. We had 7 people in this condo and all had plenty of space to sleep and hang out.

Okay condo

Not the Cadillac of condos, just ok. Really needs a better cleaning, under cushions on couch & love seat is full of sand, all furniture either needs cleaned or replaced, lots of stains. TV’s in bedrooms do not work, someone was supposed to come & take care of, never came. We ate out all the time so can’t speak to appliances, cooking essentials, etc. Complex is large & parking at a minimum, or go to overflow & pay for parking again, then Uber back or walk! Very rowdy at night with large groups partying & loud on beach, police there every night but continued night after night.

Too crowded

Parking deck code never worked. Wifi password never worked. 2 to 3 of the 4 elevators inoperable 5 out of the 7 days we were there causing long waits for elevators. I walked down 22 flights of stairs 3 times when I have an arthritic knees. Royal getaways was contacted 3 times with no results. Refrigerator leaked water and ice maker did not work. All pool chairs were reserved with towels by 8:30 am each morning although the rules stated this was not allowed and no one enforced the rules. We never found the parking spot that was supposed to be assigned to our unit. The numbers assigned to spots were in no order. Also some staff were very rude. Warning to those looking to stay here. Resort is very crowded and the amenities are not sufficient for the number of guests.
