The Tradewinds Apartments has just completed an exterior pool deck renovation project in 2025 which included modernizing and resurfacing the pool, deck, lights and furniture .

We are the owners and self manage this property. The condo is kept updated and is ALWAYS professionally cleaned to our standard. In a recent building renovation we replaced both our balcony sliding doors and exterior was painted with new railings, Kitchen has new granite countertops and is equipped with dishware, glassware, toaster, coffee maker drip and pods, pots & pans, ironing board and iron. Master Bedroom has 1 King size bed. Living Room has a Queen Sofa Bed. Private Master Bath with separate vanity area. Additional 1/2 Bath at front. The unit is equipped with fresh clean Sheets Blankets and Bath and Beach Towels. The condo also has Beach Chairs and an Umbrella for your convenience as well. No hassles of loading up the car for a day at the beach just walk right out the back door and onto the beach. Relax and enjoy!

On Marco Island relax on the beach, or sit by the pool, go shelling, rent bicycles, play golf or tennis, go fishing, Jet Skiing, Boating, Kayaking, Para sailing or just sit on the balcony and take it all in.
