The homeowner would like to clarify the following:- The thermostat is managed remotely to prevent overloading the AC system and ensure it runs properly for all guests.- We didn't receive any messages until later in the stay, but once contact was made, we were able to resolve the issue.- We were disappointed to find the property left in very poor condition after your departure, which required extensive cleaning before the next guests arrived. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:- Unfortunately, cable service was down in the Daytona Beach Shores area during your stay due to recent storm-related issues. We were unaware of the outage prior to your arrival, and we apologize for the inconvenience. We offered a $50 refund for the disruption and will be including it with the return of your forgotten items.- The king bed mattress is a recent addition, but we understand that comfort preferences vary. The home is equipped with Spectrum cable service on two televisions, and the instructional signs throughout the condo are intended to provide helpful information and make guests' stays as smooth as possible.
