Our single level 1,500 square foot residence was built in 2016 and won the People's Choice category in the Durango Parade of Homes. The modern and exceptionally appointed residence features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is located 7 blocks (15 minute walk along the Animas River Trail) from the heart of historic downtown Durango and 24 miles (25 minutes) from Purgatory ski area.
This residence has been finished with furnishings, electronics and decor at the forefront modern decor and technology. It’s a true showplace and an exceptional vision of an urban lifestyle that is commensurate with a small-town mountain setting.
This condo is also just a few minutes walk from the Durango Recreation Center, County Fairgrounds and numerous restaurants and bars. If you do not want to walk to downtown, then simply take the Trolley that runs every 20 minutes and stops right in front of the condo.

Bed Configuration (Please note the condo is upstairs one flight of stairs but is a single level condo):

This home is pet friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs max and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max $250 per stay).

Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).

Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities.

This condo was perfect for our family of five. It’s about a mile from downtown Durango, so you can walk or take the free (in the summer) trolley right into Downtown. The beds were very comfortable, and it was nice to have two bathrooms! You can hear the traffic from the nearby road, but it is not bothersome. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!

This property is ideally located and is exactly as described and shown in the photos. The home is well stocked and comfortable. We stayed with 4 adults and 2 kids and the size was perfect for us! This will be our go-to stay for future visits to Durango!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a nice stay for College Orientation weekend. Convenient to town but you would need to drive to downtown Durango restaurants. Comfortable bedding and linenes. The bedrooms back to the major road through town so It is a bit noisy but there is a white noise machine. The living room furniture shown in the photo is different from what is there. The kitchen was stocked with pots and pans for cooking but no basic essentials are provided.

This was the perfect place for our group of 8 to stay. Nice property with two balconies off of the kitchen/dining/living room area. The dining room table had seating for 8 which made it possible for all of us to sit and eat breakfast together before venturing out for the day.It's a quick drive or trolley ride to downtown. Or, you can walk to downtown in about 20-30 minutes, however, we weren't sure if it would be 100% safe walking after dark.This property does sit on the main highway so you will hear traffic noise which may make it difficult to sleep at night. I always travel with ear plugs, and we noticed there is even a container of earplugs available in one of the kitchen cabinets. We all slept just fine, but people should plan accordingly. If you are looking for a quiet retreat away from noise, this may not be the best option for you.The bedrooms are all good sized and having two bathrooms available was also a big plus. There is one full bathroom in the master and another bathroom with a shower in the unit.Great place!

Clean, bright, and homey -- this spot is close to the trails west of town and a ~20 minute walk to downtown. Would definitely recommend!

Great unit and location

Very nice condo in a great location. The unit was very clean and modern. We had two families (with 2 kids each) and we all fit comfortably. Would stay here again for sure.

Great place. There were a few items that could use TLC like one of the living room couches. Overall worked perfectly for us. There’s a trolley stop a 1-min walk away, which made getting into downtown easy.Yes there was street noise, but with the white noise machine on just a low setting, it didn’t bother us.

Wonderful And Modern

Great home, with a perfect location that is close to everything. The layout of the unit makes it an excellent choice for multiple families., couples or groups of friends. Plenty of space to hang out and have fun. I would highly recommend staying here.

Very open and accommodating stay for a larger family group. The property was vey clean and comfortable. It’s surprisingly spacious which made it great for us to have a place to connect with family post graduation

Annual family outing

The property was clean, well appointed and comfortable. Located close to downtown and just a stones throw from the bike routes along the Animas. We truly loved staying at this property and will hopefully be able to return next year. One of the best stays we’ve had over the years in Durango. The property made the entire process easy and lived the welcome packs.
