Peaceful Setting, on the water of Little Sarasota Bay

Tropical Breeze is a 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment on the first floor of a 4-plex apartment building. The apartment is no more than 30 ft from the water. A patio with lounge chairs, table/umbrella and gas grill is just outside. Great for suntanning; yet there is shade if/when needed.

You can fish right off of our dock or shoreline (we have poles for your use). This is a wildlife paradise. It is common to see dolphins and manatees. Listen for their exhaling, and you will know to look outside.

You can dock your boat at our boat dock for $35.00 a night. Parking for your trailer is available at the Turtle Beach marina.

Jumping fish? You will see scores of them, several species. Many jumping fish clear the water by 3, even 4 ft, right off our dock. Birds? There are plenty, including the usual Florida wading birds, osprey, and parrot.

We have kayaks and stand up paddle boards for your use, fishing gear as mentioned, bicycles including a tandem; and all manner of beach equipment such as skim and surf boards, floats, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, toddler beach toys, and towels, so that you need not buy nor waste time renting those items.

We have a fully stocked Kitchen, including spices, cooking oil, and coffee. All that you'll need to buy is food. The entire property, apartment, and amenities are in good condition.

Tropical Breeze is at the South end of Siesta Key. Restaurants and grocery stores are not far. For your more serious shopping; a trip to the mainland will be required.

We have palm trees, plus orange,mango and fig; if you like fresh-picked fruit.

The apartment has 1 queen bed, and 1 queen-size fold out sofa bed. Can sleep a mom, dad, and two children, or 4 adults in comfort. Coin laundry on site. 1 parking space is included. Tropical Breeze was furnished, and is managed, by the owners of the 4- plex.
