This newly renovated 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath condo has spectacular views of the marsh, ocean and Hunting Island State Park. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail on the deck soaking in the beauty that Harbor Island offers. The living room features all new furniture (2022) and huge flat screen for enjoying an evening movie. The master bedroom has a gorgeous view and a comfortable king size bed. Two twin beds in the second bedroom and both bedrooms have private baths. The kitchen is well appointed and the chef in the family will not need for anything. This condo is an end unit allowing for a bit more privacy. Located on the second floor, so there are stairs.

Harbor Island is a private gated beach community perfect for a quiet getaway or a fun family vacation. Three miles of uncrowded pristine beach is within steps of your front door. Watch the shrimp boats sail by as the dolphins follow close behind. As our guest you will have access to the Beach and Racquet Club's tennis courts, fitness center, and swimming pool overlooking the marshes of the Harbor River. There is also a kiddie pool and a playground for the children.

Harbor Island is just fifteen miles from historic Beaufort offering a variety of restaurants, galleries, boutique shopping, horse and buggy rides through the charming historic district, and the wonderful waterfront park overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway and Beaufort marina.
