With only 12 homes in the community, guests enjoy easy access to an uncrowded beach and a refreshing community pool. Step inside the second-floor living space, where an airy, sunlit living room welcomes you with ample room for gathering. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the essentials—plates, cutlery, cookware, and more—while the dining area offers seating for everyone, including a six-person dining table, a breakfast bar for four, and a cozy dining nook with additional seating.



This floor also features a queen bedroom with a daybed and trundle, plus a sleeper sofa in the living room. The first floor hosts two additional bedrooms.



The master suite boasts a king-size bed, a private en-suite bathroom, a personal TV, and access to a covered patio. The second guest bedroom includes a queen bed, twin-over-twin bunk beds, a private bathroom, and a personal TV. On the third floor, you’ll find another spacious bedroom with a king bed, a sleeper sofa, and a private bathroom.

Other Things to Note:

Age Requirement:

Please note our age requirement policy for March/April: One (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 be present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 15 and 25.



Two Night Reservations:

Please note, two (2) night reservations are subject to a lower max occupancy. A two night reservation max sleeping capacity is equal to half of the standard max occupancy restriction for the property.

No Pets:

No pets of any kind are permitted. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.

Smoking in any form (e.g. cigarettes, cigars, “e-cigarettes” or “vapes”) are not permitted. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.
