Enjoy your ordered or home cooked food in the dining area with your partner on this stylish dining table with upholstered chair for two!

Curl up in the soft couch where you can relax as you watch your favorite shows and movies in the flat-screen TV. A king-sized bed is also provided, fitted with hotel-quality linens and pillows for your a good night's sleep after a long busy day. The entire space is furnished with top-quality furniture and art decorations that makes this space stand out from the rest.

Access to the balcony with outdoor furniture is just right next to the bed if you want to breathe some fresh air while enjoying a cup of coffee/tea during the day.

Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC) is an emerging area of Dubai. This family-oriented community is a breath of fresh air from the busyness that is apparent in Dubai. The tranquility that you will find in this place will satisfy your need to relax while not being far from the necessities that you need for everyday life.

Within the JVC community, you can find a mall, parks, sports fields, schools, and mosques, which ensure that you can enjoy your stay but not be deprived of your needs and even pleasure. There are a lot more to find in JVC but still, the serenity is ever-present as you lounge in your home or walk around the parks and play in the sports fields.

This is indeed a pleasant way to spend your vacation away from your home but still feel like you are in the comfort of a beautiful house.

Getting Around:
The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Uber and Careem are also options for booking a taxi.

If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai through a metro station or a bus, there is a nearby bus stop where Bus J01 goes to the Mall of the Emirates metro station, which is adjacent to the famous mall that has the same name.

Many things are accessible (grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, etc.) because Circle Mall is just a 5-minute drive. Mall of the Emirates is only 15 minutes away by car. The Beach in JBR is a 20-minute drive.

The fastest and easiest way from DXB and DWC airport is by taxi (30min, 100 AED). The cheapest way from DXB airport is by metro (1 hour, 7.5 AED per person).

If you rent a car, make sure you get a navigator or use your mobile map app. Dubai intersections are pretty confusing!

Other Things to Note:
House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM).
