Summerhouse 14 has its act so together that you can finally let your hair down. Once you breathe in the fresh Gulf breeze, gaze at the magenta sunsets over the beach and lounge on the pool deck- you won’t care about anything! This Destin beach townhome is cool- tile floors, modern construction and a sleek kitchen will keep you feeling “chill” during your stay in one of the world’s best beach towns. Summerhouse 14 is collected- a cohesive décor driven by a love of all things coastal. Like all good friends, Summerhouse 14 won’t get jealous if you decide to spend some time away- after all the beach is only a short distance away! Plus, the beach road provides easy access to restaurants, beach shops and bike rental places. Or take a very short car ride and you’ll discover three outdoor malls, movie theaters, golf courses and lots of entertainment for a rainy day.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.
Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.
No pets allowed.
This property has parking for 2 vehicles.
Property rules state: no RV's or trailers of any kind are allowed to be parked in the community parking area. Please call us to arrange off site parking if you are bringing extra vehicles, a trailer or RV.

Summer House 14
We had a fantastic time! The place was incredibly comfortable and the location was absolutely perfect - just a stone's throw away from the beach, restaurants, and all the activities we were looking forward to.I must say, the management company, Newman-Dailey, was top-notch. They were super responsive and efficient. We had a couple of very minor issues at the beginning of our stay, but they were resolved quickly and without any hassle.Thanks to such a wonderful experience, we are already looking forward to our next visit. We would absolutely stay there again!

This condo was very conveniently located and quiet. The Property Manager Newman Daily was probably the most professional ever dealt with. However, this property doesn't reflect the photos which is surprising given the reviews that were posted. The sofa is worn, torn and dirty. We had to have pest control in during our stay to remove the sofa coverings due to carpet beetles. A number of the appliances are old didn't work (toaster) or were in disrepair ( dishwasher and microwave). 3 of 5 dining room chairs had legs that were about to collapse. I could go on about the physical state of this property but I think I've made my point. Lastly, we were notified mid-stay that the parking area was being re-sealed a couple of days prior to the work starting and that we would have to find alternate parking arrangements for 2 days/nights. Contractors showed up on scheduled day, worked for the morning and left. They didn't show for the next day but we were not informed, nor were we informed the following Monday when they showed up again and we had to relocate our vehicles for 2 days/nights. The lack of communication from the HOA and owner was inexplicable. The only saving grace on this issue was the PM was able to provide a small refund for our inconvenience.We would not return to this property for half the price

Out the patio doors is a perfectly manicured back yard with the pool and common area are the center of the Summerhouse townhomes. A rolling grassy knoll along with palm trees and tropical foliage provide a great space to play football with the kids. Plenty of lounge chairs surround a lagoon shaped pool offering a nice alternative to the beach. Plus, the walkway to the beach is just a few steps from all the rentals' patio doors. Moreover, within a few miles radius is great shopping, dining and exciting entertainment.

We provide 24-hour support by phone, ensuring guests can reach someone day or night if an issue arises. Newman-Dailey also provides seasonal extras, including complimentary beach service (2 chairs and 1 umbrella daily), one adult pass daily to local activities and attractions, and discounts to area businesses.
