PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Just a short walk from the world-famous white-sandy Eagle Beach of Aruba, but having your own private pool, rooftop terrace, and endless summer weather, the Paradise Bliss Two-bedroom townhome is your secret luxury hideaway in paradise! Aruba's world-renowned Eagle Beach is rated #1 beach in the Caribbean and #3 in the world, and this exclusive townhome ensures you a memorable family gathering or an unforgettable escape with friends. Wonderfully decorated with wall arts and modern Italian-design style interiors, this spacious 3-level townhome offers a private back patio, boasting its own plunge pool (up to 5ft deep), outdoor dining seating area, and chaise lounges to relax under the sun. Additionally, a large private rooftop terrace providing beautiful partial ocean views, a large stainless steel BBQ-grill and outdoor seating and chaise lounges, tops off your perfect vacation getaway.

The main living areas are located on the first level with a large fully-equipped kitchen with a 4-seat breakfast set; an 8-seat dining table, a comfortable sofa-bed and separate sofabed with a large Smart TV, a half-bathroom, and access to the backyard with a private pool and outdoor furniture to enjoy together. Furthermore, in the kitchen, there is a washer/dryer combo available for your (private) laundering needs.

Both bedrooms are located on the second level of the property. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, a Smart TV, and a walk-in closet that connects you to the en-suite primary bathroom with a spacious glass-enclosed shower. The second bedroom has two queen-size beds, a Smart TV, a walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower.

This unit provides you with about 1,490 sq. ft. of indoor living space, with more outdoor space added to that. Airconditioning in the living area and in each bedroom, a code-lock safety box, free high-speed wireless internet in the unit and at the resort pool, and three cable-connected TVs (in the living room and each bedroom) are all available for your comfort. Located within the LeVent Beach Resort Aruba, one of the newest vacation rental resorts at Eagle beach; you of course have access to all the amenities and facilities of this resort as well. Sleeps standard 6 guests in 3 beds, plus there is a sofa-bed. So additionally can accommodate 2 extra guests at a $15 per person per night fee, for a total of 8 guests who can enjoy this amazing beach townhouse.

THE RESORT
The pool area at LeVent Beach Resort Aruba is set amidst lush tropical landscaping and features a swimming pool, a large hot tub, a shallow pool area for kids, and various sunny or shaded lounge areas, offering a tranquil retreat within the resort. The beach access gate is only about 100 yards from Eagle Beach. Other resort facilities include a children's playground, a fitness room, an alfresco dining area with 2 BBQ grills plus an ice machine, and a rooftop to enjoy Aruba's sunsets. On-site there is a spa: Blue Waters Day Spa. Ample free parking available within the 24/7 secured gated complex. Beach towels are provided for all of our Prestige guests upon check-in, and they can be exchanged once per day for no additional cost at our Prestige LeVent desk in the lobby. Additionally, each of the LeVent rental properties managed by Prestige Vacations Aruba is also provided with its own portable beach chairs (stored away on the ground floor of the premises) and coolers that can be taken to the beach.
