It also features stainless steel appliances, including a gas range, and a built-in desk for catching up with work or school remotely. The primary bedroom is the only bedroom on the main level and provides deck access, a private sitting area and an ensuite bath with jetted tub and separate shower. Two more bedrooms and a full bath are located on the top floor, including a king bedroom with views of the sound. A den off the dining room serves as an additional living area. The fourth bedroom, additional full bath and media room are located on the ground level with access to the pool area.

In the backyard, the pool area is surrounded by a privacy fence and mature trees for seclusion.
