Great house in a great area! Bike to the Gulf at Wiggins Pass or Vanderbilt Beach. Beautiful large 28 foot lighted pool ready for your daily or nightly swim. Enjoy the shops at Mercado Shopping Center. Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath home: open concept, 16 to 18 foot ceilings, large 60 to 55 inch TV's in the living and bedrooms, new King pillow top mattresses in 2 of the 3 bedrooms, 2 new twin pillow top mattresses in one bedroom, a queen size sofa bed in the living room. Large great kitchen fully equipped, washer dryer in a separate laundry room, two car garage and much more!! The house is nicely furnished. There are smart TVs in the living area, patio area & the three bedrooms! Less than a one mile bike or car ride to Wiggins Pass, Vanderbilt Beach and the incredible Mercado shopping center! Enjoy the warm balmy gulf breezes while you are swimming, sunning or dining in the many Naples restaurants--truly a wonderful experience! There are two bikes in the two car garage waiting for you to bike to the beach. I have a beautiful new concrete tile roof, new landscaping, a new pool cage and a new fence-- WOW! A higher pool temperature of 80 plus degrees is availailable for guests requesting warm pool temperatures for only $30 a night to cover higher electric bill costs. The location is perfect-- close to the Gulf and to the Mercato shopping area with theaters, shops and great restaurants.. ENJOY!!

This is a wonderful home, the perfect size for 2 couples or a family with children. Everything we needed was supplied from kitchen to beach needs. Walking distance to the beach was perfect!! Lots of restaurants close by. We won’t hesitate to rent again. Response from owner was prompt.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean & well stocked! The pool is so relaxing! You’re walking or biking distance to the Gulf! Even the beds are comfortable! Had a really nice time in Naples!!!

2025 was our 3rd year in this home

Another fun year with Kay and her Naples Park home…..she made improvements, fresh paint inside and out, new outdoor grill, new water heater, which added to the others that we love…….the pool/lanai is excellent to use all day, our college daughter joined this year and said she should have spent spring break here the last couple of years…....Kay is very responsive from pre-booking to the day you move in and during if you have any questions, makes it easy to live there and enjoy Naples. Spacious house in a great location

We very much enjoyed our 5wk stay in this spacious house. Its interior and exterior had been recently painted which provided a light and airy atmosphere. We loved the location- an easy quick walk (or bike ride, thanks to the bikes provided) to Delnor Wiggins state park beach and a park pass was generously provided. Our host, Kay, was very attentive/responsive and has provided all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood is quiet and we spent many happy and relaxing hours In the lanai and swimming pool.

Florida vacation

Love the home, pool, location in naples park, walk to the beaches. Kay is very responsive and great at communication before and during our stay. Next year will our 3rd with her and the home.

Family Vacation

Great location, great pool. We enjoyed the closeness to the beach and shopping. Kay was great to work with. We had an issue with the washing machine and Kay had a new machine delivered immediately, couldn’t have asked for a better response. Looking forward to next year.

Loved this property!

We had a wonderful stay at Kay’s home. The house was exactly as described, it was clean, and the location, especially the proximity to the beach, was great! We also enjoyed using the 2 bikes that were in the garage. Communication with Kay was excellent- we had a question about the operation of the pool and she put us in direct touch with her pool maintenance person who helped us out. Would definitely stay here again!

Naples 2023 March-April

Our first stay in this home, the listing is accurate and we found some areas of the home even better than listing. Good neighborhood, mix of vacation seasonal and long time residential homes. Quiet during evening, so not a “bring break” area. Kay is excellent, good communication prior to and during…very responsive. Beaches nearby were open, and Delnor Wiggins state park just reopened this May. Good mix of nearby retail, bicycle rental, and restaurants. We took weekly photography field trips to Everglades, Botanic Gardens, Bonita Springs, Nature Preserves and up to Ft Myers and Sanibel Captiva…..again great location for easy driving access to these. We’ve renewed for 2024.

Loved Our Stay At This Property

This house was perfect for our month-long vacation. The house is in a great location, close to stores and restaurants, and a quiet neighborhood. We loved the private backyard and large lighted pool. The house was very spacious and there was enough space for our children and grandchildren when they came to stay. Kay was an excellent host and was very responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely make a return visit.

Great location just minutes away from the beach. Up to date home with amenities and furnishing. Beach pass was and added bonus. Delnor Wiggins Beach is by far the best with phenomenal sunsets. Enclosed/lighted pooled was also an added bonus for those looking to take an evening swim. Communication with Kay was prompt and easily accessible. Would definitely rent again.

Fantastic holiday

We had a great time staying in this home. The house is fantastic plenty of space, towels, supplies etc. The beach is really close and lovely but we drove as it was hot to walk with the children. There is a permit to park. Plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas. Kay is excellent at responding and the minor issue we had with the pool was resolved the same day. I would definitely recommend and would definitely stay here again if we are lucky enough to return one day. Many thanks for making our holiday so easy.

Beautiful Vacation Spot in Naples

This is a great place to stay if you are looking to relax. Room for everyone, great pool, and close to beautiful beaches. Kay was great and made sure we had everything we needed and made herself available for us if we had any questions about the property. Looking fort to our next vacation.

Great Spring Break House

We had really pleasant stay at Carolyn`s place. The house is very cute and clean, the heated and covered pool was a real fun for our kids, especially on windy days. Location is perfect - lot`s of near by stores and shopping centers, as well as nice and quiet neighborhood. Also the pass provided from the host for Delnor-Wiggins Beach was very kind and helpful. And the host is amazing! - Thank you, Kay!

Amazing House

We have stayed at this house twice…beautiful and well kept home with a wonderful heated pool. Kay (owner) is so great to work with and she communicates with her guests to make sure they’re happy and everything is well with the house. When it’s available this house will be our next stay. We highly recommend this property for anyone’s next stay in Naples…it has everything for an amazing vacation. Wayne & Norma

Enjoyable Time

My mother, my 2 sons, and I rented this home. We loved it! It was very clean and well kept. We enjoyed how close we were to the Beaches and restaurants. The pool was nice to relax in , after a long day of sightseeing. Kay was very quick to respond to all my questions. We will be back!!

Very nice place

Very nice and clean house. Very close distance to shopping malls and the beach. I stay there with my family for a week Our kids really enjoy the outdoor pool.

Fantastic stay!

We had a fantastic week there. Everything was exactly as advertised - the house was super clean, comfortable, and very well equipped. The pool was perfect and Kay was super friendly and helpful. The Delnor-Wiggins State Park is a 5-min drive and offers a beautiful and peaceful beach (the pass included with the house is super convenient). Would definitely recommend and look forward to be back!

Great vacation house

We loved the house ..we loved the Neighborhood. House is elegantly furnished, kitchen fully and nicely equipped ( except for the frying pans🙂) …loved the full privacy of the pool. We had a great time and would absolutely recommend the house.
