Don't forget to check out South Mountain Park and Preserve, the largest municipal park in the nation!

Nice Property - But Not Worth The Walking On Eggshells Hassle

This property is on the basement floor of what is considered to be a very "up scale" neighborhood. Inside the appartment is nice, well decorated and the beds are comfortable. The sofa sinks in the middle, dining chairs are cheap and squeey, shower water pressure is just above a drip. Above neighbors are up till about 2 am walking around, and have a dog that barks. So bring ear plugs or a noice canceling machine. The property management company was quick to respond, but slow to share information. I had to reach out to them less than a day before to try to get check in information and specifics. We had another couple, so we were trying to coordinate and just didn't have the details we needed far enough in advance. We did have a "noise complaint" against us because we were watching the Super Bowl and we were cheering when it ended. Such a nail biter! The game was over at 8:47pm. After the game we then started cleaning up and packing to go home. We were in bed and asleep around 10 (we had to be up at 4 am to catch our flight). At 10:38pm we recieved a text from the property management company telling us there was a call from the neighbor because were too loud and that if the noise level isn't down within 5 miunutes they will send security there to apologize to the neighbors and ensure all is quite. I did not respond to the text, because I know we were well within quite hours in watching the football game and others around us were also cheering outside.

From foster care to CEO: Jia has been working in real estate her entire career. She was in senior management in the mortgage services industry by the age of 20, then an AVP of a mortgage firm at 27, and not long after that a Vice President of Operations at an Asset Management company in Scottsdale AZ. She had done what many people aspire to do: climb the corporate ladder. After 25 years in executive positions she decided to do what she loved most, meet great people from all over the world, be her own boss & enjoy life with her children.

She then started Palacio Properties. She was always naturally drawn to the hospitality industry, to creating a "home-like" feel for her guests. She used her skills in automating processes to create a solid, customer-centric infrastructure complimented by luxurious, comfortable living spaces dedicated specifically to traveling guests.
