Villa Reunion is a gorgeous 5 bedroom in-suite house, located in Pacifico Development in the center of the beach town of Coco. This beautiful Villa features a fully equipped kitchen with top-of-the line appliances and marble countertops, your choice of indoor and outdoor dining areas, a spacious living room with breathtaking views, and its own pool and lounging area overlooking beautiful Coco Bay.

Villa Reunion is 25 minutes away from Liberia's International Airport and Cima's Private International Hospital.

Guests have access to the Pacifico Beach Club for a fee ( per person) and a complimentary shuttle takes you there to enjoy the beach, pool, and restaurant. Sunset happy hours, and live music on weekends make it the place to go in Coco!
Magnificently positioned in the middle of the Playas del Coco’s crescent-shaped beach, is a two-story architectural delight of coastal design and features a 60-seat, air – conditioned restaurant and bar with poolside and beach front snack and refreshments facilities. Sun beds as well as towel services are available at the Club

Right outside Pacifico and in front of the Retail Village you can find Automercado, the premier grocery store chain in Costa Rica with a big variety of local and imported products. Wines, cheeses, meats and bakery are part of the options.

Beautiful stay in Playas del Coco

Our family had a wonderful stay in Playas del Coco. The home is located in the Pacifico community which offers several amenities within and near the property. Julia was a wonderful host - assisting us with all our questions or requests. She gave us a recommendation for golf cart rental which worked well. Brian with Island Golf Cart Rentals was also great. I asked about an in-home dinner and Julia recommended Chef Sebastian. Our meal was amazing and Sebastian was wonderful - we could not say enough good things! It was our kids first trip to CR and we all loved the location, the people and all there was to do. We will definitely be back!

great stay

Stayed with our family and 3 small kids, check in and out was super easy and quick with no crazy rules like some places have. Loved that the bedrooms each had a bathroom. The only things is the bathrooms dont have AC or vents, master bathroom got pretty hot and stuffy, but that might be normal for this area? Also the shower drainage was very slow and wouldnt drain well while showering but hopefully an easy fix. Loved having a washer and dryer. Fridge and pantry were stocked with stuff when we got there, beers, and even fresh fruit for us! There were beach chairs, beach towels, pool floaties, kids floaties, coolers all available for us to use. House pool got cleaned almost everyday which was nice. The host,Julia was amazing! She made our stay better by being so helpful and responsing within minutes. She arranged airport transfer for us, helped with renting golf carts, and answered all questions. Location is great, many stores and restaurants just minutes away. We drove our golf carts all around town, to Pacifico beach club at coco beach and also visited Ocotal beach. Vrbo listing says beach is 1 min walk, but its actually like a 7-10min ride on the golf cart, thats the only part that was kind of misleading but we enjoyed our golf cart rides through the beautiful neighborhoods. Also the free community pool was beautiful and we loved lounging there at the end of the day. Overall we loved our stay in the beautiful villa!

Wonderful home and close to everything!!!!

Our family just did a week stay and we will definitely be back. The house was great and worked well for our entire family and Julia was amazing. She helped arranged a fishing trip for us and also helped lined up a private chef (Sebastian) for us one evening who was amazing. We look forward to going back for another vacation.

Great House!

Property was wonderful. Great view, easy to get into town, pool and outdoor patio particularly nice for relaxing with a group. I recommend you get a golf cart or car as it’s a bit of a walk to get downtown or beach. The beach club is about a mile away and is very nice!

Great Stay In Playas De Coco

The view is breathtaking. The house is lovely. Our family thoroughly enjoyed the patio and pool for hanging out, reading, relaxing. Breakfasts and dinners were especially nice outside. There were 7 of us, all adults. Plenty of space to be together and have private space as well. Pacifico is a really nice development, very safe and convenient. Julia, the host, is amazing. She is incredibly responsive and helpful. She is definitely an asset to this house. We used the health center and loved the lap pool. We didn't use the beach club, but it looked beautiful. We'll be back!!

Costa Rica 2023

This property was perfect for our party of 8, plenty of space and rooms for everyone. We were able to rent a golf cart that worked out great for us and we felt very safe in the gated community. Not sure if I can say enough about Julia, our host, she was awesome!! From arranging transportation for us multiple times and making sure a piece of luggage that was left behind made it to the airport with plenty of time to spare before our flight left for home. I would definitely recommend this property and area for anyone visiting Costa Rica.

Great stay at Coco

This house has beautiful views and plenty of space. The property manager is very communicative, responds promptly, and comes by as needed. For example, we had a small issue with the plumbing and she came by quickly to check it out and had it fixed within a day or so. Overall, it’s a solid rental property. It doesn’t have a lot of character or high end finishes (some of the quality issues can be seen) but it definitely meets the need for a group trip to coco: lots of comfortable rooms, with their own bathrooms, a fairly stocked kitchen, nice views, good lounge pool, indoor/outdoor feel, great beach club nearby, and more. One thing to note about the house: it doesn’t have an indoor dining area (other than a few bar stools on the kitchen island). This means that every group meal at the house is outside. This is generally okay because of the nice big doors, but it can get buggy so timing can be tricky.

Spring Break Fun

I want to thank our hostess Julia for great communication before and during the trip. She helped with setting up airport transportation, chef onsite one night to cook for us, and recommended which places to go. The house is beautiful with ocean view, we really enjoyed.

Fabulous house in great location

We stayed in this modern, clean house with incredible sunsets for a week after Christmas with our extended family from Australia. The house comfortably fit 9 of us and we all had an amazing trip. The house is completely outfitted with everything you would need - air conditioned, clean, spacious, comfortable beds, great showers and a fully stocked kitchen. The patio is wonderful - great table to eat outside, a comfortable reading area and the gorgeous infinity pool - especially at the end of the day with a cocktail in hand as the sun sets. The property has a convenient shopping center at the entrance which is an easy walk or you can hire a golf cart with the help of the host/property manager Julia, who is the biggest asset to the property. Anything we wanted to do, Julia helped make happen. It was like having a private concierge on hand at all times, She was amazing and made the trip so easy and delightful. She helped set up any day tour we wanted with a driver, found us a gorgeous yacht for a sunset cruise and recommended restaurants. The trip was a perfect getaway for our family and we would highly recommend this property if you are happy to have a relaxed experience in a great, safe and private location. We hope to visit again!

Nice house, good location

Beautiful House in Perfect Location!

This was the perfect place for our extended family of 9 to gather for a relaxing vacation. The house was able to accommodate us very comfortably and the host Julia was wonderful. The location was very convenient from Liberia Airport and to many activities and excursions. The sunsets were amazing. Even though we were there during rainy season, the rain lasted less than an hour on the days we had rain and did not interfere with our plans at all. All the previous reviews were spot on! Excellent choice!

Amazing house and beautiful sunsets!

I recently stayed with family in this brand new house and it was wonderful! Location is great with a market conveniently located right outside the community and bars and beaches super close by. The house is so spacious and airy and came with all amenities like towels, china and appliances. Everything was immaculate and the villa is so peaceful and private. My favorite, by far!, is the outdoor area with the infinity pool overlooking the beautiful Pacific. Be sure to catch a sunset while you're there. Gorgeous. Definitely will go back, thank you!!

Simply Amazing!!!!

My family and I recently stayed at this beautiful home in Playa Del Coco, Guanacaste. I cannot express how impressed we were with the home, location, and property manager/host Julia. The home is immaculate and has a great layout and space for large groups, as there were 8 of us. The main living area opens to the pool which makes for great indoor/outdoor family or group fun, has panoramic views of the pacific ocean, and the home also comes fully loaded with top of the line appliances, tableware for 8+, bath towels and pool towels, and grill…just to name a few things. The location is great, as the Pacifico subdivision is in walking distance to shopping (grocery and clothing), restaurants, beaches, a casino and bars. The people of Playa Del Coco are amazing, friendly, helpful, and make you feel like you are one of the locals. Also, I cannot say enough good things about the property manager/host Julia! Julia totally made our family trip 5+ stars! Julia was there to assist with our every need from the time we inquired about and booked the home until our last day (she even sent a text to ensure we got home safely). She helped to arrange our excursions, chef, masseuse, food delivery, travel arrangements to and from the airport, travel around the area, as well as made excellent suggestions for breakfast, lunch, and dinner (Make sure you go to the Beach Club and have their version of the Mojito (Wahito (sp?)…the food is also amazing), and places to visit. Julia made sure we had the best time; she is truly an ambassador of Playa Del Coco!!! Again, I cannot say enough about this home, the area, and Julia. If you are looking to have an amazing experience in Playa Del Coco – Guanacaste, Costa Rica, do not look any further, you have found the place!!!

Perfect Location, Great House

My wife and I spent four glorious nights with Friends at this magnificent new home perched high above the Bay with panoramic views of the mountains and the Pacific Ocean. The house was masterfully designed with all the creature comforts a guest could ask for. The rooms were all air conditioned, very clean, spacious and airy with a wonderful kitchen. The shaded outdoor patio boasts a very large dining table steps away from a beautiful heated Jacuzzi and Infiniti pool while you observe the romantic sunsets. The Pacifico Property has a convenient shopping center to stock up with food and drink. The Pacifico Beach Club was first class and the town located at the bottom of the hill had very friendly people with many local shops and restaurants with elongated Happy Hours daily. This was truly a magical experience and we will definitely return and recommend this great house to our Family and Friends.

Great brand new house

We had the pleasure of spending a few days in this brand new house. It is immaculate! The views of Coco Harbor and the sunset over the Pacific were amazing. The bedrooms and furniture were all new and very comfortable. We will definitely return!

beautiful and quite villa

We spent a beautiful time with my family, the living-outdoor area is great to spend the day while the kids enjoying the pool. The beds are soo comfortable and the place is great for a big family! the view is amazing!!! loved it
