The house was beautiful and spacious. We enjoyed the pool and the staff was very helpful. I would use them again.

Beautiful home in a great location. Overlooks the whole area and only a short drive to the beach. I would choose this home again when we come back! The pool facilities are beautiful and the restaurant on the grounds is delicious!

Property is exactly as advertised. Beautiful view, modern accommodations and the best service anyone could ask for. Rich coast was so attentive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. They also arranged our golf cart and a day trip to the Blue River. Absolutely awesome.

The house was amazing however we had no water for two days! That was very careless of the property owner/manager to not notice this before we arrived. We got refunded for the two days but it was just an inconvenience. I didn’t notice that water is detrimental to every day living!

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry the unexpected community water outage impacted part of your stay. The home did have water prior to arrival, but a temporary supply interruption in the area occurred after we prepared the property. During that time, we provided bottled water, assisted with transportation to the clubhouse facility for showers, and issued a full refund for the affected days. We understand how disruptive this can be and appreciate your patience while it was resolved.

Great Vacation

Had a great time at Villa Regio - house was beautiful and just what we needed. Enjoyed the pool every day and used the Coco Bay Estates pool/tennis complex as well. Also went to the beach club which didn't look like much when we pulled up, but turned out to be really nice for lounging and having a few drinks. Getting to Coco Bay Estates was a little tricky, and took us through the heart of Playa del Coco. But it was good for everyone to see local Costa Rica and not just a gated community. Rich Coast was very responsive and handled an issue with our first reservation that became unavoidably unavailable. Even though we didn't get our original rental, I would rent from Rich Coast again because they did their best to make it right. Only thing we missed was a guest book to sign - those usually have good tips for first timers like us.

Beautiful Villa and the Best Management Team I’ve Worked With

Villa Regio in Coco Bay Estates is a fantastic home located in a secure, gated community—perfect for a comfortable and relaxing stay in Playas del Coco. The layout is excellent, featuring a large master suite on the main level and two additional bedrooms downstairs, giving everyone plenty of privacy and space. The open kitchen is spacious and inviting, great for cooking or entertaining. The community itself feels safe, quiet, and well maintained. One thing to note: the pool stays quite cold during the summer months due to limited sun exposure, though I imagine it’s absolutely perfect during the winter season. What truly elevated the experience was working with Rich Coast Vacations. They were, hands down, the best management company I’ve ever worked with. Communication was constant and incredibly clear, they responded quickly to any questions, and they were extremely helpful with transportation and anything else we needed. Their professionalism made the entire stay smooth and stress-free. Overall, Villa Regio paired with Rich Coast Vacations made for an exceptional experience—highly recommended.
