Charming Mexican Style Condominium, close to everything. We are across the street to the beach, and located in a quaint secure complex.
The apartment is a spacious one bedroom , main floor, with private terrace, beautiful gardens, and pool .
Approximately 850 sq ft, this apartment has everything you need to feel at home. Kitchen is fully equipped, bright dining area and living room. French doors open to your private pool side terrace. Sofa and love seat in living room . Plus large master bedroom with one king size bed.
Decorated with Mexican hardwood, rustic ceramic tiles....ceiling fans throughout.
2 air conditioning units , 55” Smart TV with Premium Mexican cable , includes International stations (American and Canadian stations ) , great wifi....Rental includes once/week maid service .
Heated outdoor pool in common area.
We are a 3 min walk to the beach, 3 min walk to a fantastic grocery store, easy access to restaurants, one block to bus stop.10 mins to Centro (downtown and Malecon area) by bus... Taxi stand across the street …Small quaint gated complex with only 16 apartments total. A super location!
Puerto Vallarta is a charming Mexican coastal city. The people are extremely friendly.... music, food, culture...all are amazing. If you enjoy the beach, quiet times, adventure, art galleries, night life, walking the sea wall (Malecon), great restaurants, ....scenic Sierra Madre mountains....Vallarta has something for everyone !
We have been renting our property for 21 years. We have hosted many guests through the years . We take pride in including small details. Be assured you will not be disappointed!
Note $60 US/night rate is a base rate. Nightly rates fluctuate low season from $60 US/night and high season (up to $160 US/night). Rates are noted in the calendar. Pricing is for 2 guests only . Additional guest fee applies for more than 2 guests. The apartment is best suited for a couple , as there is one king bed . We can also accommodate a couple, with 2 young children. There is one king bed in the bedroom, and a sofa that sleeps one child in living room ( it is not a sofa bed, and is adequate for a small child ). An airbed can also be provided if you are travelling with a small child. The condo is pet free/ smoke free.
From June through October , ASK ME ABOUT A POSSIBLE additional DISCOUNT FOR BOOKINGS between15-28 days …
Discounts of 3-5 % off / for weekly bookings
Discounts of 7-10% off / for 4 week bookings
Calendar automatically calculates these discounts , when you choose your dates .
Please note : Stays of 3 weeks or longer during May to October will have a refundable electricity deposited due on arrival ( May through October , $2000 pesos / refundable deposit / based on electrical consumption ) .Also to note pool is heated November through mid April . Other months the pool heating is not necessary .

This property was an ideal oasis among the sterile high rises of the area. With the buildings are surrounded by the local tropical vegetation and along with Spanish style architecture, you knew you were in Mexico.The condo was extremely clean. It came supplied wth eveything you would need for your stay. And thankfully, the bed was extremely comfortable!We would cetainly give our host a 5 star rating. Our questions or problems were responed to very quickly. A big thank.

A home away from home, my happy place

What more could you ask for? Heated pool, charming, clean, spacious condo with great modern renovations, grocery store around the corner, beach 1-2 blocks away, public transportation 2 blocks away. Hosts are extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about PV. It feels like a community because you get to know the many repeat renters.

A hidden gem in PV

Overall, our holiday was excellent, but it wasn’t long enough. We spent 14 days but we could have stayed another 14, as we were very pleased with all aspects. The host was very attentive to our questions and needs, making it an extremely comfortable, and enjoyable holiday. The location is excellent and quiet, with the beach, stores and transportation all within easy walking distance. We hope that we can return soon.

Wonderful property and very helpful staff. I do, however, find it difficult to see how it “sleeps 4 people.” Perhaps 2 adults in the king size and 2 children on the sofas in the living room area, But not 4 adults. Communications with Suzanne, the host, were timely, accurate, helpful and very responsive.

Comfortable, clean, convenient

Spent a restful week at this ideally-located condo with shopping and restaurants nearby. Taxi stand across the street for easy access to all parts of town. Nice pool steps away for cooling off.

Perfect getaway!

Walking into the courtyard is like stepping away from any chaos outside into a little oasis. The unit was clean and well equipped, and the hosts were very responsove with any of our needs. The nearby beach is a 2 minute walk away and the chairs/umbrella ready to go make it even easier to enjoy. It was the perfect getwatay spot for us and we were very happy for our experience.

Great little spot!

This is a really cute , well-maintained condo in a lovely complex with beautiful gardens in a nice pool! The owner, SUZANNE was great about communication and provided lots of information about the area as well as about the condo itself. Close to a nice small beach, local restaurants, and also easy access to activities downtown and the Malecon. We would definitely recommend it and will surely come back ourselves!

Beautiful

Our stay here was top notch!! Close to the beach, grocery store, restaurants! The condo was immaculate!! Such a beautiful Mexican vibe! And the pool was so refreshing after coming from a day at the beach! Suzanne was so quick to answer any of our questions!! She had so many awesome suggestions on where to eat and what to see!! Fantastic host! If we ever return to PV we will definitely stay here again!!!!

Charming Condo

Condo was just as described with Mexican charm. This was our first visit to Puerto Vallarta and it did not disappoint. Suzanne provided everything we needed during our stay in essentials as well as suggestions for excursions and great eats. The location was great for heading both north or south to tour other surrounding areas or just fun days down at the Malecon. Best part for us was just relaxing poolside and making some new friends. We will definitely be back. Thank you Suzanne

Great Birthday Getaway!

I kept looking at the beach front high rises to rent in PV. They all seemed to come with a bunch of idiotic rules and regulations, also seemed a bit impersonal. I kept coming back to Suzanne's place at Suites Flamingo. Turned out to be a good choice. The condo is large, clean, comfortable, and has everything you need. Eat breakfast on the patio, steps to the pool. neighbors are very nice too. Prime location. One block from the beach, across from Oxxo, around the corner from a great, huge store. In addition, Don Mario's taco cart , with fantastic street tacos , was around the corner. We ate breakfast at the Candora restaurant, across the street, and lunch at Azul Vallarta, around the corner. Good food. Also, we used public transportation to get in and out of downtown PV late in the day to watch the sunset and the lights come on. 10 pesos each way and u get the bus in front of the Chadreau store. Suzanne's info about where to go and what to do was very helpful. For instance, when you go to the big store or bus stop, the short cut to the right of the loading docks saves you some walking/ Also , as she told us to do, we told the cab driver from the airport to go to Vallarta Torres. then asked him to go a bit further to Oxxo. In case you want to use Uber, which we did a few times, if you get one at the airport you have to haul ALL your luggage up and over a long ramp to the left. Didn't seem worth it to us, we took a cab there, Uber back

Best place Ever!

Suzanne was the best hostess. She kept in constant contact with us during our stay. Informed us of any weather changes which is greatly appreciated. The apartment totally meet our expectations. Loved the Mexican charm. It was a perfect location for us. Suzanne also provide us with lots of information pertaining to the area. It was the perfect spot for us. Amazing place, location and the host!

We stayed at Suzanne's condo for three weeks in August. I could not ask for a better host and a better place and location. Everything you need is near by. The condo is wonderful and has absolutely everything you need for a longer stay. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. It is a very cozy place. The property is amazing and is well taken care of. It seems as if you are in this secluded green island away from the noise when you are there. I loved the green plants around the buildings. Communication with Suzanne was easy and pleasant. The groundkeeper and property manager are on site and they are extremely helpful. The cleaning lady comes once a week, which is great. Grocery store is on the next block and the beautiful ocean is across the street. Great location for those who truly want to enjoy being by the water (ocean and a very nice pool). I hope to come back to this amazing spot again! Thank you!

Nice Unique Place

The condo is special unlike the towers of condos surrounding. The place served us well. We especially liked the patio for our morning coffee. We felt safe and secure and enjoyed the neighborhood.

Nice place to stay, close to beach with a beautiful pool

My fiance' and I stayed here for a week towards the end of May 2023. Nice enough unit, had all of the basics that we needed to stay. Close to the ocean, I had the best massage of my life just down the street, convenience store across the street and grocery store a block away. We used Uber and Taxi's to get to the destinations we wanted. Taxi stand is just across the street. Suzanne is an excellent host, easy and friendly to contact with questions. She made excellent recommendations for attractions and restaurants. The condo was very clean. The air conditioning is something we knew was a must for us. The air worked, just didn't like the fact we had to shut it off and come back to a very hot condo. As far as amenities, everything that you need is there including beach towels and beach chairs, small soft-side cooler, fans and kitchen utensils. As far as furniture goes, the bed was VERY firm and it was decorated with furniture that looked like it belonged in my college dorm room 25 years ago. It is a no frills place to stay, but if you're looking to stay in Puerto Vallarta and not break the bank, this is the place.

Oasis in the city

We loved our 2 week stay at this cute place we have named our “Little Hacienda”. Truly an oasis in the middle of the city and easy easy access to the beach, restaurants, taxis and buses. Suzanne is an excellent host and very communicative. We would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect Stay

The condo itself is well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Beautifully decorated in Mexican charm. Comfortable furniture and bed. The property itself is set among tropical plants and has some privacy around the patio. Grounds and heated pool are very well maintained. Exceptional contact with property owner.

Perfect week getaway

This condo was beautiful, spacious, and had a great location for my partner and I. We stayed for seven days and the condo had everything we needed. Their description of the property was exactly as it was. Great grocery store near by with everything you need and the beach is a very close walk. The breakfast restaurant across the street we only went to on our last day but wished we had gone there before as it was SO good! There was a little taco truck just around the corner on the way to the grocery store that had fabulous and cheap tacos, called Takos Mario. And just a few steps further, a very tasty ahi bowl place. We found it easiest and cheapest to order an Uber from the condo to get to anywhere we needed to be and it was very convenient. I really loved the patio, it was so lovely to get to sit outside, and although on the ground level, we were tucked away in greenery which made it very private!

Tranquil lovely apartment

The ground level apartment is charming Mexican motif, super clean and has a outdoor patio that is shaded and give privacy. Loved the quiet, home feel after the day in the bustling city. It is close to restaurants and the beach. Our host Suzanne is a great communicator and including lots of useful info on getting around, restaurants and activities. Really a superb place!
