THE PROPERTY ITS VERY WELL SITUATED A WALKING DISTANCE OF THE MALL ** LA ISLA AND RIGHT ACROSS STREET FROM A RESTAURANT **LA VACA ARGENTINA, IT IS VERY SUNNY ITS LOCATED IN THE CORNER OF TORRE 3000 SECOND FLOOR, IT FACES TWO DIFERENT VIEWS, 3 BIG BALCONIES THE COMPLEX HAS 5 SWIMING POOLS 4 INFINITY POOL.
A GYM, AND A PRIVATE BEACH. I LOVE!!!.. IT IS VERY RELAXING.

Very nice property and attentive host. There were a few very minor issues and Maria worked with us quickly to resolve them. The kitchen was very well equipped, and the furnishings were high quality and comfortable.

Maria was very welcoming and responded quickly and professionally whenever we contacted her. Unfortunately she forgot to advise the front gate of our arrival so that was disappointing. Also, she forgot to have the gas turned on for stove and dryer. English instructions would have been helpful for dryer, saw the English instructions for the washer. We loved the spaciousness of the unit, the balcony's were awesome and the bed super comfy. The pools, tennis courts, restaurant and beach access were top notch and we especially enjoyed watching the locals doing their special ceremonies on the beach at night.

AWESOME

I can not put in to words how incredible Marie is. She is so thoughtful and kind. She made are experience more special. The unit is exactly how described and what the pictures look like is exactly what it looked like. She has every kitchen utensil you can think of. We enjoyed sitting out on the patio off the bedroom. Everything was wonderful. Thank you Maria!!

Wonderful!

This was a beautiful place to stay. The condo was very comfortable and clean. It was stocked with everything that we needed. The property was also incredible. The gardens were lovely and the pools were great! The restaurant was really good and reasonably priced. We had such a wonderful time at this property. We are looking forward to our next trip and would love to stay here again.

Great place

Excellent location. Suite is much bigger than it appears in pictures.well stocked with essentials to get you started. Pools and beach are perfect. We have stayed all over PV and this is the best yet. Will definitely return.

We enjoyed our stay at GV. The location was perfect for our needs. The pools are fantastic and clean. The host was very responsive to a couple of concerns we had. The kitchen is very well supplied. We would stay here again. The bed was also very comfortable.

PV Sunshine!

Property was even better than advertised! Beach and pool facilities spectacular, condo was equipped with everything we needed and more. Maria our host was “Top Notch!” Condo was central to restaurants, walking trails and night life. Quiet surroundings at night. Amenities at condo were awesome. We would definitely return to this unit. puerto vallarta ,grand venetian-nice corner unit- 3 balconies

my wife and i vacationed here on 2024feb 06-16. this corner apt.condo is very spacious ,well furnished,and has all the essentials for an extended stay.the two corner balconies were nicely furnished and well used during our stay.the GV complex is in a perfect location-on a beautiful beach and looking towards puerto vallarta and the sierra madre mountains.the area has nearby super markets,fine restaurants,and an upscale shopping mall.all within easy walking distance.btw,the on site restaurant was excellent and offered poolside service(very convenient). our host,maria,was a pleasure to deal with.she kept us well informed and promptly answered any questions/concerns that we had. date of arrival-feb06,2024

Perfect

Maria is an exceptional host, sensitive and extremely responsive. Her Grand Venetian condo is an utter delight. Spacious, beautifully decorated and well appointed with everything you could possibly need. Just relaxing on the terrace and gazing at the bit of ocean and the Sierra Madre mountains was a lovely way to start and end the day. The condo is very close to the beach and many pools and the staff at the Grand Venetian are very pleasant and helpful. There are restaurants and shopping in walking distance and the complex is a calm oasis from the bustling streets. The center is a short 8-10 minute drive away, and taxis or Ubers plentiful. Thank you, Maria, for all of your help and kindness. We’ll recommend your wonderful condo to everyone we know. Five stars.

Great Condo

This is the second time I have stayed at Maria’s condo at the Grand Venetian and will definitely be back. The condo is great, nice size kitchen and living room and has everything you need. Feels like being at home, can’t wait to come back. The property is beautiful, and location is perfect for those who want the beach or pool.

Enjoyed the property. Two nice sized balconies to start and end the day on. Great pool facilities and right on the beach for easy access to ocean. Nice secure complex with friendly staff. Would definitely come back again. Host was easy to contact when we had a few questions, very pleasant experience.

Great 1 bedroom, big kit yams living room!

Stay was great, unfortunately they where pairing so I was not able to take advantage of the large patio. Would definitely stay again!

20 Stars!

This is the second time we have stayed in Maria's home. It is fabulous. We loved the amount of space it provided our family of three. The location is perfect and because it is tucked between the towers it is so peacefully quiet even when there are parties on the beach. Maria checked in to ensure everything we had was provided. My daughter said it earns 20 stars in her books so you know it was perfect! Additionally the staff at the grand venetian were so helpful. They helped us get water, assisted us with taxis and when my daughter got an ear infection they assisted us on finding the best clinic. We are so lucky to have Maria's home be our second home. We can't wait to stay again.

First Rate

Wonderful apartment in a great location. Located on one of the best beaches in the Puerto Vallarta area . 3 grocery stores within easy walking distance a bonus. The unit is equipped with all tools and equipment required making it feel more like home less like a rental. Furniture and decor of great appeal and quality. A definite recommend and somewhere we'd like to stay again!

Excellent condo

We really really enjoyed our stay at this condo. In tower 3000 there are only two units with this layout and we enjoyed the space, the three balconies and the large sliding doors opening the condo up to the breezes. The ceiling fans were very welcome. Two full baths was also a real bonus. The kitchen was very well stocked with many dishes pots and pans which we enjoyed as we cook a lot of our meals. Grand Venetian pools and restaurant were top notch. The staff of the complex was excellent and we really appreciated the staff calling taxis and keeping the complex secure. We were very pleased with the restaurant on site and enjoyed many meals there - food was excellent and staff were very friendly. Very comparable in price and quality to any other restaurants we went to. Last but not least our host Maria was great - one of the best we have had.She was very responsive and communicated quickly when we had any questions and also messaged us several times to confirm that we were pleased with the accommodations. Thank you Maria for all your help - it was very much appreciated.

Great place, great location

We stayed here for new years and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Place was clean and any issues we had were quickly dealt with by Maria. She was very accommodating and super easy to deal with. We also enjoyed the fact that it was on the second floor, so no waits for teh elevator at all. We were a little concerned about noise being that low, but it was never a factor for use, very quiet! We would totally stay here again!
