Stunning lakefront views are featured in this beautiful, custom designed and newly constructed house that was featured in the Parade of Homes.

For Fall, Winter and Spring months the house is available with 3 options: full house, 2 floors or 3 floors. But all of the options include the main floor, magnificent views, washer dryer, huge deck and large 2 car garage.

The full house includes 5 bedrooms, 4 baths, full, attached garage, media room and floor to 10" ceiling windows in the living room. High ceilings and granite counters throughout the home -- and views of the lake from the main floor, 2 Masters and lower level bedrooms. Also includes custom Swan Paddle Boat (with signed waiver from guests) for your enjoyment during your stay. Gorgeous new floors -- no carpet -- with a great floor plan. Excellent closet space, laundry area, flat screen tv's in living room, media room and two of the five bedrooms. Enjoy the huge outside deck, BBQ and long piers to accommodate several boats. This location is truly special: private yards, panoramic views of iconic Lake Webster and the historic Dixie Sternwheeler. Yet this home is very close to shopping, antiquing, Highway 13 and in walking distance to the town's very active library and community center. 121 N. Mulberry, "The Mulberry House", is the perfect retreat in the Fall, Winter and Spring; in the summer enjoy all the boating and water sports on Lake Webster, plus watching fireflies and traveling on the Dixie's Sternwheeler voyage around the lake. Make memories for you and your family at "The Mulberry House". Once you stay on Lake Webster you'll want to come back year after year to this family friendly gem of Americana.

Mulberry House

We had a remarkable week at this lovely property. The house was spacious and clean! The view out the front windows was perfect! We saw amazing sunrises and got to wave at the Dixie each time it went out! The bedrooms were spacious, and the bathrooms were as well. We had a great time cooking in the kitchen. I hope we can come back to Mulberry house very soon. It was a relaxing and wonderful week!

Fabulous Mulberry House!

The house is new in 2022, and the description on VRBO doesn’t do it justice. It’s roomy, filled with natural light. Impeccably clean. Gloriously comfortable. Perfectly outfitted for indoor & outdoor cooking. Telax indoors or out. The house-wide deck looks east, over the lake, and gives magnificent views of the sunrise! It’s also a great location for sharing a meal or just hanging out with a book and a glass of something. Lots of fun available on the lake. We look forward to coming back.

Loved the Mulberry House

We had a wonderful week at the Mulberry house. Location is great and the view of the lake from the deck is awesome. Loved the big pier. We had plenty of room for our boat, kayak & paddle board. What we call the lily pad was an extra bonus, so much fun. Appreciated having 2 bathrooms & a washer & dryer. Can't wait to stay here again next year! Thanks Judy!!!

Charming cottage with modern updates

We had the best week with our family. The view is awesome. Roomy deck and pier as well as area for a non fire (which we had nightly). Even perfectly spaced trees with hammock hooks (just bring your own hammock). We rented a pontoon from Clark’s Marine. The drop in is just a 5 minute walk. The pier is huge and made for easy docking. WiFi was strong and allowed for hookup of all our toys (Apple tv and Alexa for music). Kitchen had modern appliances and all worked great. You just need to bring your own ice! The couch was a pull out with a inflatable mattress (FYI that the inflator is in the little stand over to the right of the fireplace. Can’t say enough about the owner and the property manager. They were great to deal with and answered all of our questions. I forgot to mention that there is a Pizza King that you can either boat to (2 min) or walk to (5 min). There is also a great ice cream location just a minute walk as well.

Well laid out and lends to a great time with family. There are some upkeep issues, just like back at my home in Ohio.

Another great stay at Mulberry House!

Once again Mulberry House delivers as a great vacation spot on Lake Webster!! The owner and property manager are great to work with, and always respond quickly and kindly to any request or questions you have. You never feel like you're bothering them, they're always there to help. The cottage was very recently remodeled and is very well maintained. It's a great spot on the lake, and yet also close to town, grocery store and walking distance to a great coffee house. The neighbors are very friendly and welcoming, and knowledgeable about the lake. This was our third year at Mulberry House and we hope to continue the tradition for years to come. Delahunty Family

Great!

The Mulberry House is a beautiful setting! We lived on the shady deck facing Lake Webster. The huge dock worked great for our boat and sitting in sun. Fishing wasn't great but lake was beautiful. Waving at the people riding the Dixie, paddling by daily, was fun. Indoors was very clean and comfy.

Perfect Place on Lake Webster!

This was our second year at Mulberry House...we absolutely love it! It's a perfect location on the lake with a beautiful view! The house has been recently remodeled and is very clean. There's a very nice size table and chairs on the enclosed porch, so you can enjoy family dinners with everyone around the table. The outside porch and pier/dock are great to relax and enjoy the sun, with plenty of chairs available. Neighbors are very friendly. The owner is very kind, responsive and easy to work with...as is the property manager. Each year the owner adds a little something "new" to make your stay even more enjoyable. A swan paddle boat and floating oasis were the most recent additions. We enjoyed both! I highly recommend Mulberry House to anyone looking to spend a relaxing week on the lake. We enjoyed swimming, skiing, wake-boarding, knee-boarding and surfing! The Delahunty Family

Great Family Get Away Spot!

The cottage had both the room to spread out as a family as well as communal space where we all could gather. The only negative was that there was plenty of fish, but they just weren't biting this week.

As I child I spent summers at Lake Webster and have such great memories about my time there with family -- nothing can replace those happy childhood experiences. But in a sense, you can go home again, and I was lucky enough to buy this special cottage near my grandparents' former summer "palace of memories" and give others the opportunity to enjoy beautiful Lake Webster.

Mulberry House is an updated version of the types of cottages that dotted Lake Webster since its shores were developed in the 1930's. It offers all the comforts of home, but with the nostalgic touch that connects the cottage to the past unhurried and joyful American way of life. The cottage is also close to the town of North Webster, which has changed just a bit over the last 30 years and still has the atmosphere tied to bygone days.
