Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, 4 bedroom/3 bath two level waterfront island condo. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and separate bath. The downstairs guest room has a queen-sized bed and separate bath. Upstairs bedroom #1 has a queen-sized bed and bedroom #2 has a full size bed and shared bathroom. There is comfortable sleeping for 7 or 8 people. The living room is furnished with a tv. There are also tv's in two bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is internet and wi-fi in the unit. The front view is the Gulf of Mexico and the rear patio view is the boat docks and intercoastal waterway. There is a heated pool, hot tub, tennis court and fishing dock. Boat slip rental is available for an extra charge through the office. Boca Grande boasts crystal clear water, uncrowded white sand beaches and a quaint and laid back "old Florida" town with ample restaurants and shopping.

Lovely spot!

Jim’s condo is in the ideal location, closest to the very warm and large swimming pool, hot tub, and tennis courts. The views from every window was beautiful, and Jim was an excellent and communicative host. The condo had everything we could’ve needed. My only concern during our stay was due to having a toddler under two who could climb the somewhat treacherous spiral staircase that had large spaces where she could’ve easily fallen through from the second floor. Otherwise, we loved everything about our stay and would happily rent from Jim again.

Spacious, comfortable condo in beautiful location

Located on Boca Grande causeway. Great views of bay and marina from screened back deck and living room. Across the road from gulf. End unit with convenient parking, close to swimming pool. New floors and recently renovated kitchen and bathrooms. Well supplied and furnished. Close to fishing, boating, beaches and good restaurants.

Everything was clean and comfortable, very well stocked with everything we needed. The area was awesome, view was great! Convenient to beaches, pool, wonderful sunsets!

Great Location

We just spent a week in this wonderfully located condo. We had a really nice week. The beaches are close, the views are lovely and the pool/hot tub has a convenient set up for grilling or just hanging pool side. The condo was spacious, the living room was very comfortable and it was great to have a washer and dryer available to us. Fridge, microwave and oven were pretty new and large. The kitchen was well-stocked with utensils, pots/pans, and lots of plates, bowls, cups and glasses. WiFi was easy to connect to and gave us no problems with streaming videos or working online. In addition to plenty of bath towels, we found a good selection of big beach towels, some beach chairs and other equipment in the closets. Our group also rented a boat slip right behind our unit, which proved very convenient for our two wave runners. It was clean and well maintained. The people in the surrounding condos were all very nice and we had no problems with noise. Lots of wildlife to see there as well. Always saw a few dolphins swimming around, a great blue heron and some egrets. It was fun to watch the pelicans diving for fish. We were told there were manatees in the area by the boats as well but we never got to see them. Having three bathrooms was great with our group of seven but some fixtures were a little worn. Jim mentioned plans for some remodeling in bathrooms which will make this even nicer but all are completely functional as is.

Nice base for vacation week in the sun

This unit was comfortable for our group of 7 — including 2 teens and a 2 year old. Bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living areas were all in good condition and clean. Cute ocean theme in the decor and tzachkas, all of which were especially appreciated by our two-year-old. There were plenty of towels for our frequent trips to the pool and beach. We spent much of our time on the screened porch that looked east over the Gasparilla Sound — great moonrises! The west side had a view of the Gulf across the Causeway. We loved having the pool and tennis courts a short walk away, as well as a pond, pier, and the coast with lots of bird life. Rented kayaks and bikes nearby, and took a 3 hour sunset cruise on the sound. This was a solid base for our family vacation in the sun. Comments for the owner: The crib is missing a bolt to support one of the corners. The sliding door from the master bedroom to the east porch does not lock (though perhaps unnecessary because there is no access to the porch except from within the condo). The 'fish chimes' and/or the metal turtle-and-fish sculptures on the east screened porch made a very loud rattle one night when there was big wind.

Perfect

Prettiest spot on Boca, loved the condo, the pool and the dock, my fishing guide picked me up right on the dock at the condo. Sunrise view off back deck was like looking at a post card. Everything at condo was clean and as advertised.

Attractice, spacious condo in a beautiful location.

I spent the entire month of March at Unit 24 of Boca Grande North, a condo development near the Northern end of the island. My two daughters' families visited for part of the time. Unit 24 is right next to a tennis court and the community pool. There is access to the beach, the nearest Publix supermarket is only two miles down the road, and the trip to the center of the island with shops and a variety of good restaurants takes only minutes (4 miles). The condo has beautiful views in three directions, it's very comfortable and spacious. My grandchildren enjoyed the loft with room for four. The kitchen is well equipped and the two bedrooms on the main floor are large (particularly the Master BR) with plenty of closet and storage space. The condo could use some maintenance (kitchen floor, some screens are missing on the porch), and the stereo system is prehistoric (no blue tooth, poor radio reception). However, these are minor issues, and once we have the family calendar for 2019 worked out, I will probably try to get this condo again next year.

Great Vacation

We came to Boca Grande for my nephew's wedding. So nice to find a beautiful spot that fit seven adults. The condo was clean and spacious. Loved the relaxing view on the balcony. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the pool everyday, it was heated and even my Mom & Dad who are in their mid 80's were in the pool almost everyday.

perfection

It was perfect in every way. It could not have been better. From waking up to a gorgeous sunrise coffee on the balcony to relaxing from a day of fishing looking out on the stars. It's a beautiful and comfortable condo all I can say it was PERFECT! Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise with us.

The condo was furnished nicely and had a lot of comfortable space that we all enjoyed.

I've been to many VRBO properties and this one was one of my favorites. The condo was super clean and spacious. The layout was very easy for all of us to navigate and enjoy. The two bedrooms and bathrooms downstairs were appropriately sized and were attractive. The kitchen had every imaginable gadget, appliance and cookware that I could ever want! The refrigerator was huge and the ice maker worked perfectly well. The loft was a fun space and with three beds plus an attic room, and could easily be a great space for kids, and yet two adults in my party stayed there and were quite comfortable. The outside deck was nice and offered beautiful water views that we sometimes felt was 'eye candy'. It was a quiet condo complex which provided us a restful, peaceful retreat. I have to say the owner, Jim, was very attentive to our needs. When the air conditioner stopped working our first night there, with ninety degree plus temperatures outside, Jim was able to get a repairman to the condo that night! The repair was completed quickly and we all had a restful and cool first night in the condo. We did not use the condo pool, but did note that it was a modest pool and sparkling clean. We watched the sunset at the beach across the street, and probably sat there for hours watching the sun meet the horizon. It was a spectacular sight! Golf carts are a must! It really made our touring much easier and parking was never an issue. We felt very comfortable meeting and speaking to the shop owners and other locals we encountered. They seemed pleased to share their knowledge of the island and were most welcoming to everyone in my party. Lovely, lovely, lovely visit and we are looking forward to another opportunity to enjoy a 'home away from home' experience there again!

Very Nice Condo Complex!

The condo complex is very maintained. It has an outdoor pool, hot tub, and tennis courts. The unit itself was also very nice. Well furnished and stocked with plenty of dishes in the kitchen with lots of towels. There is also a washer/dryer to use. The downfall to this location is there is no direct beach access to swim. The beach access at the condo complex has a seawall. There is some fishing off the dock, but not a large area. This is definitely a place that you need a boat to stay, or else you have to drive to a beach to swim. Typical in Florida the mosquitoes were horrible morning and night so bring the bug spray. To those that have never been to Boca Grande, there is a $6 fee to get on the island each time, so stop at the Publix before the island to get all your supplies. We had lots of fun and great relaxing. Saw towns of dolphins out in the boat! Jim is very easy to work with and responds very quickly to questions.

Condo was in a great location on the north end of the island.

Condo was nice for us. Two separate bedrooms(one king own bath and a queen shared bath) and a loft with a queen and two twins. It also had its own bath. Place was alittle dated but it was comfortable for us. It had a very nice deck which overlooked the bay and had beautiful sunrises. The views of the gulf side were very nice too. That was unique to this place, sunrises and sunsets from your condo. The condo was also very close to the pool and tennis courts. The pool was heated, a plus in the spring. And it was clean and lots of chairs. There was also a hot tub which was nice. The owner also lets u use his boat slip with a remote lift. For an extra fee. This was nice. The beach was close walking distance. It was clean and there were chairs to use. The owner, jim, was very easy to work with. We would definitely rent this place again. We fit 8 very comfortably, but it sleeps 10(pull out couch). This would be ok also.

My happy place Boca

I absolutely love Boca Grande. I was very happy that Jim could accommodate us on short notice . The place is big and comfortable. Needs updating but still comfortable. Would have love to have beach chairs . Not sure the oven worked but none the less we made due. The place could use a good scrubbing but over all fine . Jim has games , binoculars and other amenities that were great for us . The view out back is awesome and healing . My husband who is recovering from cancer is so happy to have made it here . We would like to personally thank Jim who was wonderful when we had questions who responded right away .
