A wonderful stay

The condo was exceptionally clean. We found ourselves very comfortable and enjoyed the location and amenities. We would want to return again. Location was great! A quick walk to the beach and minutes to get to restaurants and shopping.

Relaxing

The property was very clean and well kept. The unit we stayed in had everything you could want or need for the inside and for the beach. Just a short walk across the road to the beach. A private dock was in the back on the intercoastal waterway for relaxing or fishing or both. Would definitely recommend!

It was ok....

When we arrived, you are not able to check in until 4 and that was no issue at all. We spent some time at the beach and when it was time, we checked in and went to the condo to shower, unpack and then grab dinner. When we got to the condo it was so hot inside. Like 78. Chopping it up to being hot in Fl. I go to jump in the shower and the water was ice cold. Turns out they ask you to turn the hot water heater off when you leave and whoever was supposed to turn it back on before the next guests arrived did not, so we had no hot water for a couple of hours. Once it had been on for days…the hot water felt like it lasted 10 minutes at most during the shower before turning cold. The bed was comfy but the extra blankets in the closet were stained and old. They need replaced. The blinds are missing slats on them letting in the hot sun during the day. Tiles in the kitchen have come off and are tucked as best as they can be under the cabinets on the floor. A couple days into our stay it’s still so hot in the condo and I couldn’t figure out why, so I call and find out that they have it preset to 78 degrees. They turned that off and said it should start to cool down. I understand the owners wanting to save some money when people are not renting the unit and turning off the hot water heater (this was explained to me by friends who live in FL) and setting your unit to a temperature when no one is there, and it doesn’t need to be as cool. However, the unit not having the hot water adequately turned back on to have hot water for your guests when they arrive is not ok and then to not shut off the preset and make the condo is cooled down for the arriving paying tenet isn’t great either. They tv in the living room had a green streak going through it and the HDMI cord needed replaced. The remote in the extra bedroom does not seem to work with changing the channels. The dock is wonderful, and we took the many chances we got and fished from it and watched boats go by. The other condo renters were nice and respectful of each other. Parking was fine although I do not understand why they give you two parking passes and only one assigned spot and no overflow or additional spots. 🤷‍♀‍ They supplied a great amount of what I call starter supplies. Two trash bags, two dishwasher pods..etc. that was nice as the last condo supplied nothing at all

Great location

Easy experience renting this property. The condo is as listed. Great location. Just across the street to the beach. Within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. Definitely has the beach-vibe. We enjoyed our stay.

Great place!

We would stay again at Waterview! Close to everything and a short walk to beach! Our room had everything we need and loved the view from our balcony. Even got to see a few manatee’s!
