Please be advised that the property is currently undergoing important restoration and improvement work. This project includes updates to balconies and railings, walkways, building exteriors, stairways, and other concrete surfaces. The crew has started work on the front building. Our building in back will have work beginning on the walkways and front of the building sometime in April 2026. Our balcony is scheduled to be closed July 1, 2026 to Feb 19, 2027. Schedule and Impact can change at any time.

During your stay, you may notice the following:
•Occasional construction noise during daytime hours
•Limited access to certain outdoor areas and balconies
•Temporary closures of balconies while repairs are in progress
•Changes to walkway access routes around the property
•Active work zones visible in some common areas
•Potential for minor debris related to construction activities
•Potential pool, hot tub, parking area, and common area closures

The SECOND BEDROOM has a queen size bed, walk in closet and flat screen TV.

The SECOND BATHROOM is centrally located and has a full shower and bath unit.

The ENTRY FOYER has a futon and privacy curtains for an additional sleeping space.

The LARGE POOL AREA SPA AREA is the place to be sunbathing, swimming, or just relaxing. There is a BBQ GRILL for your use.

The Washer and Dryer are just off the kitchen. Ironing boards, hair dryers and beach towels are provided.

Special Note: Deposit, Payment and Cancellation Policy: (VRBO Moderate Cancellation Policy) A deposit of $250.00 applied towards the balance is due when a guest wishes to book a property. The balance is due by check 61 days prior to the stay. We DO NOT accept credit cards for large balance payments over $2500.00. The entire balance is due if booked within 60 days of arrival. 100% refund 30 days before check-in; 50% refund 14-30 days before check-in. NO EXCEPTIONS. We offer at time of booking and encourage travelers to purchase travel insurance which covers trip cancellation subject to the plan description of coverage. A short term rental agreement must be signed prior to check in.

Special Note: This home sleeps 4 in beds, one additional guest could sleep on the futon or one child in a pack n play for a total of 5 at anytime on the property.

Special Note: Smoking and Vaping is prohibited by condo association rule in all units and on all balconies. Designated smoking areas are provided at entrances to both buildings and on the dock. Pipe and cigar smoking is prohibited on the entire property.

Parking: One reserved parking spot next to the elevator is included. Additional parking is out front of the buildings.

In addition to being steps from INDIAN ROCKS BEACH, you are conveniently located near Historic Johns Pass where you will find water sports, dolphin cruises, fishing boats, dinner cruises and more. Endless restaurant and nightlife choices are within easy walking distance. Clearwater Beach and Pier 60 are just a short drive.
