peace and quiet

We all enjoyed our stay. Very beautiful scenary all around, even had a deer in the back of the cabin. Just a very wonderful place

Great visit to this area

The house was perfect for our family to stay together and visit. We had a family wedding to attend but also visited many sites and restaurants in Woodland Acres , Rode on the Train to the top of Pike’s Peak!!

Perfect stay

Perfect location. Great house. We loved all the decks outside. The view was amazing. I would definitely stay here again.

This was our first time in Woodland Park. Great get away for the family. The host was amazing and was very attentive to our needs. The home was peaceful and comfortable for our family. We would come back for sure.

Very pleasant house, well stocked kitchen and everything was clean. Mountain Vacation Rental who manages this property is very responsive and easy to communicate with.Some kitchen utensils could be better and 2 kitchen towels is not enough for a 7 days stay.Overall great house and we definitely will return.

Had a great stay. The home is private, quiet and nice. Had everything we needed for the stay and BBQ on the deck. The only thing that was lacking was the bedroom mattresses. Very hard memory foam. We are not hard to please, but this is what will keep us from booking this home again.

Quiet and relaxing

Nice neighborhood with big lots and beautiful views. The house is clean and equipped with everything for extended stay. Lots of trails and attractions within 30 min drive.

Teller County Cabin

The cabin is in a great location. Very peaceful, the cabin is very clean, very well stocked with personal amenities. The owners were very available for any questions. My wife and I would recommend this property to anyone staying in this area of Colorado.

Comfortable, Affordable, charming!

The cabin was better than expected. Very clean and quiet. The multi-level offered choices for temperature control also. The porch was an added bonus with beautiful views of aspens adorned by their fall colors. Location was supreme for our purposes and the security lighting outside made coming in late safer. We would stay again…..

Relaxing and convenient

Perfect for us! A great retreat for us to enjoy. Relaxing and convenient. Felt like we were in our own private treehouse and was still able to have groceries delivered. Great communication with owner. Daily visits by a group of mule deer. Very convenient to Colorado Springs. Beautiful!!! Had everything you could need. Only negative thing was that 2 of the beds were very hard. But the 3rd one was a great fit and comfortable. Would definitely book again.

Beautiful mountain location

Beautiful mountain location. We happen to be there after water damage in one of the basement rooms so I had to sleep on a pull out couch. I knew that ahead of time but too late to change reservation. Overall the house was amazing but musty smelling basement and housekeeping did not do a good job of cleaning before we arrived. We cleaned the house and all was good.

Wish we had WiFi for the entire stay

We had WiFi for the first two days then it was lost. I was in touch with vrbo and property manager but they were not quick to respond and didn’t get any kind of conoenstation for lost WiFi. I also found dead mouse next to router when trying to reset internet.

We take guest feedback seriously, and we have completed an extensive review of the home based on this guest's feedback. The wifi wasn't working, but this was at no fault of the owner, and we did our best to help rectify the issue as soon as we were alerted. There was never a period where we were unresponsive or difficult to contact. The guest didn't mention the mouse to us until after his departure. We have inspected the home for any other signs of mice and will continue to do so as a preventive measure. This home is well cared for, and the owner wants nothing more than for guests to be happy and comfortable during their stay. Guests are encouraged to reach out to us before, during or after their stay if they have any questions or concerns.

Nice Home

We enjoyed our visit. The location of this home is great. Everything was clean and well kept. We only had a few minor things that I will suggest to the owner for future guests. Nothing that upset our stay at all. 1) Provide a few more extra towels, especially in the kitchen -there was inly a single dish rag and dish towel. 2) Some instructions on how to work the televisions/streaming services, etc. We were a bit lost as we tried to figure out how to watch some tv. 3) Clearer instructions about the trash - one thing said we should put it in garage (which was locked and we didn't have access to) and another thing said put it outside in the can at the tree. No issues with either, just confusing to have contradicting instructions. 4) Note in the house said ice maker was broke amd part was on order (no problem, I understand these break). Note also said a bag of ice was in the freezer. There was no bag of ice in the freezer. All in all, a great stay! Thanks!

Super clean property!

We have stayed at a lot of properties with VRBO. This one has been the cleanest that we’ve ever stayed at. No dust, bunnies or dead bugs anywhere, which is rare as far as I’m concerned. Also, so well stocked. It seems that anyone who has stayed there, has left something there to help out the next family moving in. We actually bought a dish drainer. I left it there when we left as well.Can’t think of anything that we needed. Had some issues with the water heater when we got there and the property management and also the owner were both so very helpful in getting it resolved. Would definitely recommend staying there. The area is so quiet and relaxing. You can actually hear the wind blowing through the trees. Very eclectic layout. The sink is actually in the master closet which I liked because the toilet and shower are in the bathroom allowing you to get ready while someone else is taking a shower. Thank you to the owner and the property manager for being so helpful with the water heater. The main bedroom on the upstairs level has a Tempur-pedic mattress, which seemed like it was going to be uncomfortable and too hard, but I think that was the best night sleep we’ve ever had. My husband and I both have bad backs and neither one of us had any issues while we slept. So don’t let that scare you when you first sit on it! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

Above the clouds

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this house in Colorado. Check in/out procedures were simple and the location was excellent. We really loved the decor and how spacious it was, and we will definitely keep it in mind if we choose to vacation in this lovely area again.
