The Space:

Mindil Arch offers a relaxed, practical layout across two levels, providing families and groups with space to spread out during their stay.



Ground floor

The ground floor includes:

• Two bedrooms

• A second living area

• A family bathroom combined with the laundry

• Washing machine

• Access to the small fenced yard



Upper level

Upstairs, you will find the home’s main light-filled, open-plan living, dining and kitchen area. Step outside onto the deck and enjoy relaxed meals, morning coffee or an afternoon drink after returning from the beach.

The upstairs living area includes reverse-cycle air conditioning and a ceiling fan, while Wi-Fi is available throughout the home.

There is also a second bathroom on this level, making the property particularly convenient for larger families or groups.

Whether you are planning beach days, river adventures or simply a quiet coastal break, the home provides a convenient base for exploring Tomakin and the surrounding South Coast.



Getting Around:

The best of the area is accessible on foot, with waterfront strolls and beach access just moments away. For the more adventurous, the renowned Mogo mountain bike trails are also nearby, offering thrilling rides through the forest.



Other Things to Note:

We ensure our property is stocked with all the essentials, including tea, coffee, body wash, toilet paper, and basic laundry and kitchen supplies. For anything beyond the basics or specific to your needs, we recommend bringing your own to ensure a comfortable stay.



This property is provided with all linen and towels, although we do ask guest to bring their own beach towels.
