This property was excellent for three families. We had plenty of room to spread out and the views were great. The beach was easy to get to and we enjoyed looking for shells. The neighborhood was very quiet. The hot tub was clean and in great condition. The property was well stocked with everything you could need. The host was always super responsive. We really enjoyed our stay.

relaxing beach house

We had a wonderful, peaceful stay at the beach house. The kitchen was really well-stocked and our group of 8 had a great time sharing meals and puzzles at the large table and chatting in the comfortable living room. Hot tub was awesome!

Family Get-Away

This nicely maintained house suited our family (7 adults, 3 kids) very well. We enjoyed every amenity- the hot tub, balcony, easy beach access, and well equipped kitchen. It’s a great place to get away from it all!

Wedding Party Stay

We booked this for our wedding party from out of town and it was perfect for the weekend for the 10 of us. Great open kitchen and living room for large gatherings, a wonderful backyard and hot tub, and access to the sound for a quick dip. All our friends had a great stay.

Beautiful beach house with lots of room

We enjoyed our stay over Christmas so much! There was something for everyone with the hot tub, beach, yard for dogs, and kid corner under the stairs. It felt secluded yet also close enough to drive to Woodinville and other attractions.

Comfortable Family Size Home

We chose this home for it's size and proximity to the tulip fields. The beach walks were a bonus as was the hot tub which the children enjoyed immensely.

Comfortable Beach Home

We completed a six-night stay here to enjoy the beach and to visit Anacortes, Deception Pass, and the Tulip fields. it was a comfortable visit. The hot tub was a bonus that our small children really loved. We also liked the beach walks after dinner.

Great house, well stocked and beautiful view

The house was very comfortable and clean, with a great view of the water from the living room and kitchen. The kitchen was well stocked and lacked nothing. The gazebo-covered hot-tub was the perfect way to relax at the end of the day.

I really wanted to give this 10/10 as the communication with Anne from Evolve was first rate and the kitchen was so well-stocked, much better than most VRBOs we've stayed at. My reason for knocking some points off is the advertised "Arcade/game room" simply doesn't exist. There is a small cubby under the stairs which had the UNO card game and some very sad looking crayons but that could in no way qualify as a game room. The outside deck and hot tub were our favorite features of the house and the beach is a 1 minute walk away. Be prepared for a typical Washington stony beach (no sandcastle building here) but that didn't stop the kids and braver adults from taking a swim in the bay. All-in-all good value for the price but I think we'll pay a little extra next time for all the bells-and-whistles.

Perfect Family House

We stayed at the house over Thanksgiving and it was a perfect gathering spot. The house is roomy and the kitchen is well stocked. The setting was lovely with a view from the living/kitchen area and a very short walk to the water. There is a small park with swings that our 3 grandhildren thorougly enjoyed. The house was clean and comfortable and we could not have been happier with our few days.

Gorgeous property!

This house was the perfect stay for my entire family! Traveling with kids and dogs, we couldn’t have asked for a better place! We stayed for the Fourth of July and it was amazing to see the fireworks with a beautiful view while still being quiet inside for our kids to sleep. They were very responsive with any questions I had. It’s a very relaxing area to stay and enjoy some quality time with family. Quiet neighborhood and very easy access to the waterfront! We would definitely stay here again!

I didn't receive our host information and number prior to check in, so had to deal with that first off. After that, the place was great. It had enough beds, the kitchen was stocked and it was clean. The only thing I would recommend to the host is change out the lighting over the table as it's very poor to play games with (especially for us old timers :) ).

Communication and check in were good. The property itself is great for a family. Three bedrooms upstairs (main floor) all a decent size. Very well equipped kitchen, lovely open plan living room/dining room. It’s across the road from the sound with great views from the living room and deck. Very comfortable for the 7 of us plus toddler and one dog. The beach is easy access. By aware that groceries are a 20 to 30 minute drive and same for eating out options. Not a problem for us.

A Welcoming Neighborhood

This property has everything a group of disc golfers needed for a tournament at Kayak Point. It was just 12 minutes away from the course. It has a capacious hot tub, and 5 bedrooms. We grilled all 3 nights on a modern gas grill and ate on Good quality plates. Then we could watch the sun go down from the water-facing balcony. Each neighbor walking by said hello and warmly welcomed us to the neighborhood.

Hot Tub Broken

We chose this place because of its inviting qualities including the hot tub. Upon arrival we were disappointed that the hot tub was empty, when we called, we were told "it just broke". Communication would have been nice as we may have chosen another spot, or at least tapered our expectations.
