Walk, don't drive to the beach! Our home offers the best location in Oceanside Village, with the beach just steps from the door, literally less than two minutes to the sand!

The house has been recently updated to include new furniture, mattresses, and appliances, in addition to new laminate flooring and six panel doors. The house is located in the cul-de-sac of Lark, the closest street to the ocean at the corner of Melody Lane and Ocean Blvd.

With our home just steps away from the beach, you can enjoy the ease and convenience of an oceanfront home without the oceanfront price tag! In addition, you will love all the family-friendly amenities Oceanside Village has to offer.

The kids will love the water play area, swimming pools, playgrounds and turtle sightings in the lakes, while everyone will enjoy the tennis, bocce, and pickleball courts, all located within the gated community!

Why pack sheets and towels? Our rates include a linen rental package that provides all bed linens and towels. When you arrive your bed will be made up for you with professionally laundered sheets. When you depart for home, simply leave the bed and laundry to the professional cleaning team.

We own two homes, side by side; each has four bedrooms and 2.5 baths, and each will accommodate a family of eight comfortably. We are confident you will find our smoke and pet free homes inviting, comfortable, and clean.

The house is equipped with keyless entry, providing a quick and contactless check in process. On arrival day if the house is ready prior to 4:00 PM we will text you that the house is ready to check in.

Our family loves to cook, so you will find the kitchen is modern and comes fully equipped. We have an ample supply of dishware, glassware, cookware and everything you will need to cook meals at the house for your family. The dining room seats six comfortably and the kitchen table seats four.

The living room is furnished with a sofa, loveseat, and chair, and the 42-inch smart TV operates using Spectrum Cable service. The secure wireless 500 Mbps internet will service all of your devices.

Views of the ocean, just 50 feet from the house, can be seen from the living room, master bedroom and sunroom. The sunroom has a table with chairs for playing cards or board games. It's also a cozy spot to read a book.

The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, a smart TV that is also equipped with Roku. There is a large hallway with a desk and chair to offer a private and quiet zone for working remotely. The private bath has a walk in shower.

The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and dresser. The main bath offers a tub/shower combo. The laundry room offers a full size washer and dryer, along with an iron and ironing board for your convenience. The third bedroom, best suited for the kids, is cozy and has a full-size bed and small dresser. The fourth bedroom, located away from the other three, also offers a full-size bed, dresser and a private half bath.

The enclosed outdoor shower is a great way to wash the sand off before entering the house. There is also a garden hose that is perfect to wash your sandy feet after a stroll on the beach. Don't forget to catch the sunrise over the ocean for a magnificent way to start the day, in just under two minutes your feet will be in the sand!

The large front porch is the perfect 'drop zone' for sandy shoes, beach gear, and toys. There are plenty of sand toys in a storage box on the front porch you are welcome to use.

There is ample parking for three vehicles right in front of the house, without having to jockey your cars or be blocked in.

Oceanside Village offers three pools, including one traditional outdoor pool, children's water play area adjacent to a lounge pool and spa. The outdoor pools offer clean restrooms and shady spots with tables and chairs, as well as lounge chairs. These pools are approximately a half a mile from the house, so they can be accessed with a short walk or drive (ample parking available).

Golf carts may be rented from Oceanside Village by the week or by the day, and they provide a fun mode of transportation within the community.

Location, location, location! We are confident that you will find our home a great place to relax and enjoy the many amenities that Surfside Beach, Garden City, Murrells Inlet and Myrtle Beach have to offer. This of course includes the beach, in addition to fishing piers, championship-caliber golf courses, water parks, shopping destinations, and a large selection of restaurants from oceanside cafes to fine dining options. Check out the Broadway on the Beach and Market Common shopping and entertainment complexes, located within 5-8 miles of Oceanside Village. The Garden City Pier is one mile south, offering fishing and a fun arcade. The new Surfside Pier is one mile north, this area offers several restaurants and bars that are fun and popular! Take advantage of the new walking path to safely walk along Ocean Boulevard to either pier and the dining and activities just one mile from our home!
Myrtle Beach International Airport (MYR) is less than nine miles away.

Our beach house is best suited as a family rental--all families and kids are welcome!

Groups that are not family units and wish to rent our home must all be over the age of 25 due to community and insurance regulations.

We do not allow pets or smoking in our home.

A seven night minimum booking is required during June, July and August.
