Splash Resort's amenities are quite unique among Gulf Coast resorts with something for everyone. Better at the Beach

Always love staying at Splash w grandkids!….the pools and water facilities are great!…steps to a beautiful beach!….love the bar&grill …..we really enjoyed the 3rd floor this time……we could see the large Splash pool from our balcony!……the room was comfortable as well….would love to stay here again!

Amazing!!!!

We loved every minute of it everything was so nice and clean. The view was the best part of the trip my husband and I enjoyed eating out on the balcony everyday.

Family vacation

We enjoyed splash resort very much, property was clean and well maintained. Our condo was everything we needed, being at splash resort was perfect for all the kids ranging from 3-14 because the beach was double red flagged the entire 6 days we was there so at least the kids was able to swim and have some fun not in the ocean. Will be back next year.

Beautiful, comfortable condo

This was our second visit to splash and our favorite unit. It’s very well decorated and comfortable. The view is amazing, we had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, extra blankets in the bunk room closet were very appreciated. The beach is really beautiful and the pools are great sizes, we love having the variety of options. The location is wonderful, it’s a much less crowded section of PCB.

LOVED IT!!!

Love SPLASH and the night life of Panama City Beach! This corner unit was very BEAUTIFUL! We loved all the windows and we had 3 balconies! I will definitely look to stay at this unit again.

Splash

Splash was a splash 💦 with our kids! The resort has a few years on it but they are always cleaning things and updating……loved the Grille and Ice cream shoppe!💯……we had beautiful weather in July so bonus also!……very comfortable place to stay!….elevators a little slow to move …..🤔

Fun in the Sun

Overall our stay was very nice. The furniture and bed were very comfortable. The location was very nice with beautiful views of the ocean. The property manager and maintenance staff were outstanding and very quick to respond to our needs. However, considering we were there for a month it would have been nice to have had access to the master bedroom large closet that the owner had deadbolted for their own personal use. The guest and utility room closets were also full of owners personal property. Overall, this is a nice condo and we enjoyed our stay. Thank you for the memories.

Needed repairs

Loved the location. Need better identification of the room door as when we arrived at 6pm there was no one there to help us find our room except the security guard. Patio door is difficult to shut, track is wore out. Shower door needs repair. Only one small fry pan, needs more pots and pans. Absolutely loved the balconies, that makes this property amazing. Kitchen size good. Washer/dryer excellent. Thank you.

BEST VACATION EVER!!!

Beautiful property and condo. The view was amazing and plenty of room for my big family. We will be booking at this property again. Seadoo , banana boat, chair/unbrella rentals and other activities are located in front of the condos. Great place for entire family from toddler to teens. One downfall but this goes for the entire beachfront. The city has a drain they dig up for pond/lake overflow and they did this our last morning there instead of at night so the tide could take the dirty water out to sea. It had a bad odor and discoloration. They typically do this after a big storm has come through. Just so happens the week before we came a hurricane came through. This was not the condos fault by any means. We just went up and enjoyed the lazy river and pool for evening. No complaints from the kiddos. From 4years to 19years stated, "Best vacation ever!"

Great condo, OK resort

This is our first time staying at Splash Resort. While the condo was great, the resort was a disappointment. Condo was very clean upon arrival. Pictured as advertised, with the exception of some new furniture. My only complaints are it could use a few more kitchen essentials for cooking & the beds were not very comfortable. The bunk beds also need some improvements as they have lost a few screws & are very wobbly. Otherwise, the condo was great, nice large balcony with comfortable chairs, excellent views of the ocean from inside & out. When we arrived, we found the resort had closed the covered pool, splash pad, & hot tub for the entire length of our stay. The whole reason we booked this particular resort was for the splash pad as I was traveling with 2 children. The other pool & lazy river were fine but overcrowded because of the closure. Overall, this condo was great, just wasn’t impressed with the resort.

Thank you Tanya for your review. The hurricane did do some damage to the exterior and due to weather delays the scheduled maintenance did spill over into our spring break. The splash home owners association has completed all scheduled building maintenance The pools, and all amenities are open now and would love for you to give us a second chance. We have re-stocked the kitchen thanks for letting us know about that as well.

Will never stay at Splash again

First and last time to stay at Splash. Paid the extra dollars so the 6 kids could have the water park and lazy river. Both were joke. Lazy river is nothing more then a pool. The current barely pushes your float and it was fall break with lots of ppl there and 8 floats and 2 of those were flat. The water park water was ice water and when the bucket dumps it knocks 5 yr old off there feet. The 5 yr old went over there 1 time and would not go back. The supposed adult hot tub is shared by lots of kids with no one monitoring and no sign. The room was small for the price and bunk beds had to be fixed by maintenance and he told us those beds were wore out and need replaced. A 8 person condo with 4 cereal bowls and a pitcher with the bottom seal broke. Wasted a gallon of tea we made. Skillets need thrown away . I could of stayed in a nicer room with a good pool and hot tub for about $400 less. Living room / kitchen area is no bigger then rooms at the Summit and those are the cheapest condos on the beach.

Thank you for your feedback. Is sounds as though most of your issues were with the resort and not of your particular unit. This is a gorgeous corner unit with great views and everything in here is very nice. Thanks for letting us know about the bowls and skillets. We have already added more. It would have been handled while you were here if you would have just given us a call. Our goal is to make sure that each guests leaves happy and we are sorry that we were not aware of any issues during your stay.

Broken patio chairs

The room was nice and clean but all 3 of the patio chairs were broken. Two had arms that were completely disconnected and one had a broken leg. We only figured out that they were broken by sitting in them and then falling out of them. Will probably not return to this room.

The condo needs a few updates....Splash was wonderful for children

The condo was full of sand. Also the small bathroom needs storage space. The can-opener in the kitchen did not work. The bedrooms are nice as well as the rest of the furniture in the condo. The sliding door in the main room needs new rollers. We had plenty of clean linens and towels

Great experience!

Facility was nice and clean. Food at pool was way to expensive! Room was excellent with superior views ocean. A lot of toddlers, definitely family oriented. Overall great experience in the month of May. Would do again.
