Beautiful view! Was fun watching the flocks of herons. Nice big lawn for outdoor games. Good place for a multi-family visit, lots of beds.

A nice little and confortable cottage on the bay! A few minutes from the national park and the Stanhope and Brackely beaches. The vew from the cottage is beautiful. Our three kids had a good time playing and sleeping in the bunk house. A nice place to explore PEI, the local attractions, ride our bikes and come back to relax on the evening.

We loved our stay here! The location is fantastic, the view is stunning with beautiful sunrises and sunsets, and the cottage was exactly what we had hoped for, and more! We stayed in shoulder season with our baby and her grandparents. We used the bunkhouse and they used the cottage. It was so great to be able to heat them both on cold nights and also cool them both on hot days! We cooked many delicious meals in the large kitchen complete with a dishwasher, took refreshing showers with great water pressure after long beach days, and appreciated the ability to even run a couple loads of laundry too! Above all, our host was very responsive and happy to help with anything we asked. We hope we can return again next year! Thank you for a lovely stay!

This cottage was perfect for our small family of 3 while spending the week in PEI. It's in a central location with easy access to beaches, restaurants and other little towns. Charlottetown is roughly 20 mins from the cottage and where the pharmacies and grocery stores are located. We recommend you get your groceries on your way to the cottage. While most of the supplies you need are available in the cottage, there is a limited supply of coffee pods for the coffee maker (4), paper towels (1), toilet paper (4), and garbage bags (1). They supply enough to get you started, but if you are more than 3 people staying at least I week or more, we recommend you add these to your grocery list. The view out the back of the cottage is incredible but you do not have water access from the cottage as there is a cliff separating the cottage property from the water. There is access if you walk about 10 mins down the road, but the beaches are where it's at anyways. The kitchen was fully stocked, came equipped with a good size smart TV, internet access, laundry, and the AC provided a nice reprieve from the PEI summer heat. There are a lot of bugs, so it's best to enjoy the screened in porch if you're spending a lot of time outside. The cottage was also super clean, tastefully decorated, and it was great to have laundry onsite so we could come home with clean clothes! All in all we enjoyed our stay here.

Fantastic property!

We loved everything about this cottage! It was clean, roomy, very well stocked, and the view and location were amazing! The property manager was great and quick to respond to our communications. Will definitely recommend this cottage to friends!

Great Spot - Quaint & Comfortable

We really enjoyed our stay. The amenities were clean and comfortable. The view is amazing. Check in/out was quick and easy. The kids loved the bunkhouse. The location is centrally located and we found it easy to get to all destinations. Thanks for a great stay!

Family vacation that worked for everyone

A comfortable cottage where we cooked often, relaxed on the large deck with a water view and enjoyed the screened-in room multiple times a day. A short drive to Brackley Beach, which we visited every single day, sometimes 2-3 times.The bunkhouse provides extra space for sleeping or for watching a movie or playing a board game.We highly recommend this cottage and would hope to stay there again. We went with our kids, who are in their 20’s, and it worked well for all of us.

The screen room is a great place to read, eat, play a game or take a nap

Perfect spot to explore PEI

Beautiful place in an amazing spot. House and bunkie were spotless and the beds were comfy. The deck outside is fantastic - very comfy patio furniture. I think we spent the majority of our relaxing time there. Great view of the harbour and national park. Close to everything and only 20 min to Charlottetown. Communication with host was very easy - they even stepped in to help we had a booking snafu. Everything was perfect.

5th to 12th of august

Sweet cottage, very clean and cozy. Loved the screened porch. We were 10 in total so the porch was a nice extra space where we could hang out. The week being overall rainy, we could have used more sitting places to eat in the house but we managed. The tiny house was surely a big git with the kids ! Adorable and very practical. We enjoyed our week very much. The view was amazing.

This is the kind of review where i find myself at a conundrum. Do I tell the truth and risk that the masses storm this lovely place? Or do I lie and keep this hidden gem to myself?Let me start this review with the one, single, solitary negative point of our entire stay: there was no olive oil in the cottage. That’s it. That’s the full list of “cons.” Imagine the absurdity of this being the worst thing I can possibly come up with after a week-and-half--long family vacation — no olive oil. And I must say, if that is the greatest hardship one faces in a rental, then the hosts are clearly doing something extraordinary.But let me make this crystal clear the pictures of this property are nice, but they are nothing compared to the real thing... you are stepping in a dream!!This cottage (and bunkhouse for the kiddos) were nothing short of perfect. Absolutely, unequivocally, wonderfully perfect.Will ABSOLUTELY rent again! 10/10

On our family's first visit to PEI, we stayed at this lovely 2 bedroom cottage, which comfortably housed our family (two adults and two teenagers). A spacious bunkie was on hand featuring two bunkbeds in case we needed more room (which we did not)!The location is phenomenal. After landing at Charlottetown airport, it was an enjoyable 15 minute drive north to the West Covehead area. The cottage is in a beautiful, quiet community, and it features a north-facing view of Covehead Bay and, beyond that, the ocean! It's a serene view where you can calmly watch the tide and wildlife - including regular sightings of a bald eagle.The location was spotless when we arrived, and the check-in and check-out procedures could not have been easier.The kitchen gave us everything we needed for our stay, along with a terrific Weber propane BBQ on the deck (and extra propane!). The bathroom and laundry rooms were great.The cottage gave us easy access to key attractions, including: a) the Cavendish area including legendary Anne of Green Gables / Lucy Maud Montgomery locations, b) PEI National Park, c) the Greenwich area and its spectacular trails, d) the Points East Coastal Drive which took us to East Point, and of course e) Charlottetown with countless activities and incredible food.The Owner and the Property Manager were friendly, professional, and responsive, with the Property Manager going out of their way to ensure we had an amazing stay.Fantastic spot, very strongly recommended!!
