South Bethany charmer. Ocean side and just a short distance to the beach. this 4 bedroom cape cod has 3 full baths and enclosed outside shower. Large living area, separate dining room and fully remodeled kitchen. Main floor consists of full bath and bedroom. Upstairs are 3 additional bedrooms and two full bathrooms.

Other Information:
-Full week (7+ nights) and flex booking (3 +nights). See calendar for availability.
-Linens and towels are not provided but are available for an additional fee of $255
-Bedding: B1:Queen, B2:Queen, B3:Queen, B4:1 twins + pyramid bunk (Queen over twin (twin is extra long)), Other: Futon (Sleeps 11)

Nice vacation home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second year in this house. We like the convenience of ocean side and found the house clean and well maintained. The garbage disposal decided to quit during our week. Maintenance came promptly but didn’t have a replacement on hand so we went without it for the rest of the week. Other than that we would return. Nice house.

Great house in a great location

This house was awesome! Short walk to the beach and had everything you need. Kitchen was well stocked, the house was spacious, and the screened in porch was a big hit all week! Loved this place and would highly recommend.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and there were definitely some positives. The location was excellent—close to everything we wanted to do—and the house itself was very clean and well-maintained upon arrival.Unfortunately, our experience was overshadowed by several issues with the property’s management. The exterior doors were difficult to lock, which was frustrating and made us question the security of the home. Shortly after we arrived, the property manager asked us to take photos of a mark on the floor because the previous guests had apparently caused damage and failed to report it. While we were happy to help, it was an unusual request that made us feel like we were documenting the condition of the property rather than simply enjoying our vacation.The most concerning issue involved the HVAC repair. Midway through our stay, we were informed that an HVAC technician would be coming to service the air conditioner. We were then told that we didn’t need to be present because the technician had his own key to the house. Knowing that someone had unrestricted access to the property during our rental made us very uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the technician returned the following day for additional work. Because of this, my husband missed out on a couple beach days with the family because he didn’t feel comfortable leaving a stranger alone inside the home with our belongings.While we understand that unexpected maintenance issues can happen, the way this situation was handl

We would like to provide some context on the points you raised to clarify the situation: HVAC Service: We strive to minimize any disruptions to our guests' vacations, but our priority was ensuring the home remained comfortable for your stay. On your arrival, we provided a detailed explanation of the scheduled HVAC work. While we were not aware the technician would need to return on Wednesday, we felt it was important to resolve the AC issues promptly. Exterior Locks: We have no record of any maintenance requests regarding the locks during your visit. These doors are used daily by our service staff, cleaners, and other guests, and we have received no reports of issues from anyone else. We will, however, have them inspected again to be certain. Floor Photos: I apologize if this request felt like an inconvenience. Our cleaner had provided a "before" photo but unfortunately missed the "after" documentation. I reached out to ask for a photo of the location and the mark to ensure we had a complete record, as it was not my intention to have you managing the property's condition during your vacation. We appreciate your honesty, as it helps us identify areas where we can improve our communication. Thank you again for staying with us.

The beach itself was beautiful and I always appreciate the lifeguards. The house was well equipped. Beds were comfy enough. The screened porch was the best place for our family of 10 to eat. If the weather had been bad it would have been difficult inside. Grill was great!! Extra fridge was very helpful. Walk to beach was a little far and the ocean highway noise was loud during the day. All that said we enjoyed our week on 7th St.

Good family vacation home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great house for family vacation. This is not a fancy place, but everything is in good shape. The layout is good - 3 queens, a bunk bed room for 3-4 kids, 3 full bathrooms. If TVs are important to you, maybe bring your own - the one in bunk bedroom has no sound. Outdoor shower is perfect to reduce sand coming into the house. Screen porch also perfect spot to play games, eat, watch a rain storm and there is a nice deck above with loungers if you prefer the sun. There can be noise from the main road (first house next to the road) - but we brought fans / sound machines, so not an issue for us. Easy walk to beach - note some entrances to beach are closed off now (2026) - best to walk to one near 9/10th street.

Would not rent this house again

Reviewer Comments: Had several issues with the house, ants in the kitchen and dining room, we got them under control after several days, but annoying. Also had a plumbing pretty significant plumbing leak.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we enjoyed our stay at 9 7th st. It has been nicely renovated. We enjoyed its proximity to the beach and the screened deck. Being close to the highway was not ideal but manageable.Next year's reno migth include fixing the exterior kitchen door and the one going out on the deck from living room. te former does nto close tightly you can see outside light, the latter is difficult to close and lock. Moreover, the lock to the door in the upstairs bedroom on the left needs adjusting as it does not work. We had to lock the storm door. these door suggestions are more for security and HVAC efficiency.
