Just off the main living room area is a relaxing private balcony where you can view the intracoastal waterway, or the gorgeous pool with hot tub and fountains below. You will have assigned parking for 2 vehicles only; sorry, there is no additional guest parking. All utitlites are included, however there is a $250 cap on monthly electric bills with guest to pay the overage.

Close by your luxury accommodations, you'll find a super Publix grocery store, gas station and the Island Way Grill with in walking distance. It's a short distance by car or trolley to the famous Clearwater Aquarium and the white sands of Clearwater Beach.

Because we have a high amount of same day turn overs, we kindly ask that you would PLEASE refrain from asking for an early check in. Check-in is at 4PM Eastern or any time thereafter. Should the unit be available for early check-in, it will be offered to you on the morning of your arrival for a $50 early check-in fee. Thank you for understanding!
