Thank you for your feedback. We are surprised that the slope to the lake came as a surprise. We make every effort to show our homes as they are, and the listing includes about 50 photos, including the walkway to the dock, as well as a note in the description specifically addressing the steep incline, so folks know what to expect. Regarding trash, two outdoor cans are provided at the home for regular weekly pickup. Only trash beyond those containers needs to be taken to the local collection facility. The facility was closed Monday for the holiday, which we communicated prior to your stay, but the two cans should have provided space for the home’s allowed occupancy during a three-night stay. They hold 16-18 kitchen sized bags between the 2 cans. We will pass your comments regarding the linens along to the linen company, as that is not representative of their usual quality. That company does provide contact information with each order should there be an issue or complaint during a stay. No cleaning or maintenance concerns were reported to us while you were at the home. We do wish you had reached out regarding the cleanliness issues. We didn’t hear from anyone in your group and were available by phone, even past office hours, throughout the weekend. We would have gladly addressed any concerns we could while you were there.
